The best way to calm down my nerves was to evade this Rajveer Agnihotri out of my mind. Never in my life had I known anyone as bipolar as Rajveer Agnihotri.
I was so foolish that I had actually taken it as a challenge that I could understand him but I was so wrong because I have realized that the more I try to peer into him, I would end up being a victim of bipolarity myself.
Shrugging off this horrible thought, I headed towards the room where Mrs. Agnihotri was being taken care of because being the mother of Rajveer Agnihotri had its own perks as I was ordered to check on her first before checking on anyone else but as I was about to enter the room, I was stopped by two well-built huge muscular men who wore black suits and from their attire, they looked like bodyguards.
"Excuse me ma'am, may I know who you are and if you are one of the hospital staff, then please show me your ID.", one of them said it with an expressionless face.
"I am Dr. Avni Nambiar, the cardiovascular surgeon who is treating Mrs. Agnihotri and here is my ID.", I said showing them my ID.
He examined my ID for a while and then nodded while gesturing me towards the door.
I was slightly annoyed of all this but then one has to be cautious when it came to the security of a relative of Rajveer Agnihotri.
When I entered the room, I saw Mrs. Agnihotri sitting on the bed engaged in a conversation with Shanaya's fiancé, Abhimanyu who was seated on one of the chairs near the bed while Mr. Bipolar was busy on his phone who stood at the other end of the room near the window. Shanaya was not present in the room, maybe she must have stayed here yesterday night and now she must be at home.
When Mr. Bipolar saw me enter the room, he stared at me for a few seconds with that same cold expression on his face and then turned away resuming his phone call.
I ignored his presence and headed towards the bed beaming at Mrs. Agnihotri and Abhimanyu who stopped their conversation when they saw me.
"Good Morning Mrs. Agnihotri, how are you feeling now?", I asked pertaining the smile on my face.
"Good Morning Doctor. I am feeling well.", she said in her elegant voice. After hearing her, I highly doubt whether she was actually related to Mr. Bipolar.
I smiled back at her while I started doing her check up. When I was done, Abhimanyu turned towards me and asked,
"Is everything alright?"
"Everything is stable but after the surgery, she would be fully recovered.", I said while giving him a reassuring smile.
He smiled back at me and said,
"Thank you Dr. Nambiar. I really hope that she would get all fit and fine after the surgery."I smiled at him and turned away from them to exit the room as I felt Rajveer's gaze on my every action but I didn't care to look at him or even acknowledge his presence.

"What? Are you sure about this?"
Actually I should have asked her whether she was in her right mind asking me do something which seemed impossible.
"Yes Dr. Nambiar, you have to do this as Dr. Verma is out of town and I was just now informed about the news conference by the manager of Mr. Agnihotri so I have no choice other than to ask you to attend it.", the receptionist told me with an apologetic smile.
I didn't reply anything to her and just made my way to my cabin.
The thought which worried me in the morning is actually going to be real and right now I was feeling so giddy, my whole body was shaking and my palms had become sweaty just thinking that I'll have to address a crowd full of reporters. My breathing had got heavier and I was feeling so light-headed.
