I quickly got dressed and freshened up, making sure to calm myself down before I went back downstairs to the living room and smiling at Danny, “Ready to go?” I asked

He nodded and stood up taking my hand, “Jordan was gonna come with us unless you want us to be alone.” He suggested wrapping his arm around my waist.

“Sure, why not?” I smiled and snaked my arms around his neck pecking his lips then smiling at Jordan, “Come on fat ass.” I giggled.

He flipped me off but stood up anyway and the three of us walked out of the house together, making our way towards the boulevard as I held onto Danny’s hand.

“Aite, I’m just gonna leave you to it guys, I said I’d meet a friend here, see you soon.” He waved then walked off in the opposite direction.

I rolled my eyes and shook my head a little, “The man is insane but we love him anyway. So Murillo… What should we do now?” I smiled swinging our hands a little as I looked up at him pulling my sunglasses over my eyes.

“You hungry? We could go get some lunch.” He suggested pulling me a little closer to him.

I almost shot him down but then my stomach started growling and he laughed, “Alright then, let’s go get some lunch but I choose.”

“Go ahead.” He chuckled.

“We’re going to Johnny Rockets.” I grinned at him and started dragging him to a small shopping area just off Hollywood boulevard getting on the escalator to go up to the restaurant.

We got seated pretty quickly and he smiled over at me as we ordered drinks.

“I’m so glad you’re not one of those girls who wants to go to all those fancy restaurants, nice and simple. I like it.”

“Well I grew up with nothing and I learnt how to enjoy the simple things in life.” I smiled picking up the menu and looking through it quickly before I decided on what I wanted.

Lunch had seemed like a good idea at the time but so had dating Danny only the whole time I was out with him I had been thinking about Aron, comparing them, and I found myself getting distracted easily and then we ran out of things to talk about very quickly. Needless to say I was glad when he finally dropped me back home and then left without much of a goodbye.

I shut the door after him gently leaning against it and letting out a soft sigh before I turned around and squeaked out of surprise to see Aron standing there.

“Where is everyone?” I asked frowning noticing the empty house.

“The girls are all out shopping, Dillon and Jorel went to Guitar Centre, Johnny’s got a hangover he’s sleeping off and Matt… Well I don’t know where Matt went.” He smiled slightly.

It felt like eternity that we just stood there staring at each other and saying nothing, just standing there in the awkward silence until I nodded and brushed past him to go to my room but he grabbed my arm and pulled me back, pressing me up against the wall and before I knew what was happening his lips were on mine and I was kissing him back but then he stepped away and shook his head.

“I’m sorry, I can’t, I have to… I have to go… I’m sorry.” He muttered more to himself than anything, looking at the ground before he glanced up at me with a look of remorse and then left the house without another word.
