Twinkle, Twinkle...
Jack moaned softly as he lifted the rubble off his legs. "Dayna?" He called, standing up and brushing off his ripped jeans. He cupped his hands around his mouth. "DAYNA!" He yelled, panic settling on his chest. His heart in his throat, he went over to a moving heap of rubble. "Dayna! There you are. You could have called out you know." He snapped as he inspected her for injuries. He turned away. "Now we just need to find a way out of this place." He said and looked around the museum. He shuddered at the events of that morning. Jack and Dayna's grade had taken a field trip to the Air Force museum. Then an earthquake happened, and they woke up to find that nobody else survived. Then a second one came and tried to wipe them out. And here they were, still climbing to their feet.
Dayna's hazel eyes bored into him. He turned around. "What?" He asked. That's when he realized she wasn't looking at him. Just as he was about to turn around, a hand cupped around his mouth. Dayna screamed and tried to run away. Another person grabbed her and shoved her in a potato sack. Jack yelled and struggled against his captor's strong grip. The last thing he saw was a hole opening up in the wall before everything went black.
