Chapter Four

"WE'RE NOT DYING! We just need to get out of here." He yelled. Star rolled her eyes. "Trust me I have tried everything. That is how I got these." She jerked her head at the chains. Jack rubbed his chin. He snapped his fingers. "Hey Dayna, remember that one time Luke have you a cherry slushie and it was actually ketchup and you puked everywhere?" Dayna nodded, turning a light shade of green. Jack continued. "If I keep talking about it, will you be sick?" She nodded. "Remember how gooey and stinky it was? And how you tripped and got it all over your shirt?" Dayna started gulping. "HEY MR. GUARD!?!? WHAT DO WE DO IF OUR FRIEND IS THROWING UP AND IN RECENT EVENTS WE HAVE LEARNED THAT HER PUKE IS ACTUALLY LIKE, TOXIC TO HUMAN LUNGS?!?!?" Jack yelled innocently. The guard rushed in and grabbed Dayna by the arm. Jack followed and winked at Star. She sat allowed in the room. "Wow. Just wow. Those kids are good." She muttered.
After Dayna finished puking, the guard started to drag her back. Jack threw a punch at his nose, hearing it snap. It swelled up instantly, blurring his vision. The guard. Swung his hands wildly and the two kids knocked him out. After the guard was out they switched out the guard's clothing with Jack's. Soon, Jack looked just like the guard. "Ok, so I'll run in there and bring Star out, then we bolt. Got it?" After Dayna's nod, he jogged back into the hole. He quickly found Star's room and ran in. "Pretend to be sick."
"But I have never been sick before"
"Um... Just pretend."
"What do sick people do?" "Just do what Dayna did"
Star started to 'puke' as Jack ran to the main guard. "I uh... Need the key to the girl's prison.... She's uh... Being sick" he said in his best serious business man voice. The other guard shrugged and handed them over. He ran back into Star's room and started unlocking her chains. As he put the key in the first lock, the whole cave started to rumble and quake. "ITS ANOTHER EARTHQUAKE!!!!" He yelled over the noise. Star looked up at him. "BUT WE ARE NOT ON YOUR WORLD!!!" Jack ignored the comment and undid the last chain. "COME ON!!" He roared and grabbed her hand, pulling her through the chaos. He took off the brown ragged hoodie from the guard's outfit and threw it over her head, hoping to block some of the damage. Guards behind them pointed and yelled orders to capture them. They ran faster until they burst out of the caves. They sprinted into the woods away from the terror of the prison.
