{chapter 22}

-Liam's POV-

I search for Iris's eyes, mine feeling as if there are clothespins holding them wide open.

"Who was that?" she asks, walking into the bathroom.

"That was Parker" I say, rubbing the back of my neck, "the one who found us at the hotel"

I slip on my jeans and shirt as if I was a ninja.

She washes her face, "I need to go" I tell her, running out the room.

I sprint to the elevators.

Too long.

I find the stairs and run down them a little too quickly, tripping over my toes as I reach the bottom.

My thoughts bully me as I run back to the house.

See what you did! You are a horrible person, a piece of shit.

He's never going to forgive you. He's going to kill himself because of you.

Way to go, smartass.

I run to the doorstep and push open the door,
Feeling all eyes on me.

I ignore it and run into our bedroom, and see him laying facedown on the bed.

"Parker, let me explain!" I say as he stands up.

"What the fuck is wrong with you Liam?" He asks, a heavy wobble overtakes his voice.

"Please Parker, I'm so sorry. I love you, and only you. That slut doesn't deserve what I gave to her!" I tell him, sitting down on the bed, my hands in my hair.

"Then why did you give anything to her?!" he yells, running out of the room.

I punch the bed, and stand up.

Shit.

I walk into the bathroom and turn on the shower head, basically throwing the door closed. I strip my clothes and step in the shower.

You are so worthless. See what you do? You hurt people. You ruin them!

I shove the thoughts aside as I take my time washing my short hair, not wanting to show myself to Parker. I feel like a dog that has done something bad, hiding from his owner. 

He probably told everyone, even Mike.

Nice one, Liam.

-Parker's POV-

I sprint out of our room, tears falling from my eyes. 

I knew it!

Mike sees me running out, as he is in the kitchen making more popcorn for everyone while they enjoy the movie. 

"Parker? Whats wrong?" he asks, rushing over to me.

I'm hesitant at first, but what do I have to lose. "Can we go somewhere else?" I ask, my voice nasally.

He quickly nods, taking my hand and leading me outside to the back door. 

He looks me in the eyes, a concerned look painted on his face to make me forget all the harm he has done to Liam.

"Its Liam" I say between sobs. He embraces me into his arms. 

"Shhh, shhh, its going to be okay." He tells me. I weakly wrap my arms around his belly and connect my fingers at his back. 

We stand like this for about an hour, me crying, him calming me down again. 

I feel a pair of lips press on my head and smile. The door swings open, revealing Liam.

"Parker please let me ex- Mike?!" he almost yells, his damp hair reflecting the porch light. 

"Liam look what you did to him!" Mike says to him, pulling away from me. 

"Parker, Iris payed me to fuck her! I swear!" He says, completely ignoring Michael. 

"Oh yeah? Then show me the money!" I yell back. 

He scratches the back of his neck and looks away. 

"Thats what I fucking thought!" I say, "You want to play the cheating game? Lets play" I yell, turning to Mike and crushing my lips into his.

Mike holds my waist and I place my hands on his shoulders. Liam's fist connects with Mike's cheek, practically ripping him away from me.

"Liam!" I scream at him, he ignores me and pushes Mike to the ground, kicking his sides. 

"Liam stop!" I scream again, Mark has come to the door now, and he pulls Liam away from Michael. 

"Let me go!" Liam yells at Mark, yanking at his solid grip.

"No! Not until you calm down!" he yells back, leading Liam back inside.

"Mike, are you okay?" I ask him, kneeling at his side.

"No, help me please."

I help him up and take him to his bedroom. Bee comes in with a large bag of ice. 

"I'm sorry" I say, holding the ice on his side. 

"Its not your fault. He shouldve never cheated on you."

Liam runs in a holds me in his arms, squishing his lips into mine, his tears dripping onto my cheeks. 

Fuck.
