Draco's POV:
Draco woke up feeling extremely warm and comfortable. He didn't think he'd ever felt this comfortable in his bed before, but he brushed that thought away. Instead, he prepared to go back to sleep. However, his eyes flew open when he felt someone breathing against his neck.
Harry's head was resting gently against Draco's arm which was wrapped behind the raven-haired teen's back. Meanwhile, Harry had cuddled up to Draco's left side with his face turned into Draco's neck and their feet somewhat intertwined. Draco then realised that there was a small amount of weight on his chest and saw that Harry's hand was resting there, feeling his heartbeat just like he'd done to Harry last night. What's more, was Draco's hand had been draped lightly on top of Harry's as if to keep the other boy's hand from moving.
Draco was shocked, to say the least. He had felt so comfortable and safe last night. To find out he felt that way because he was sleeping with Harry, was insane. But then again, Draco thought, maybe not. He's made me feel safe before when he would hug me... And he calms me down when I'm nervous, like when he held my hand at Hagrid's... Oh, Merlin! Draco mentally groaned, My Mother was right!
Draco looked down at Harry's sleeping face as he remembered the conversation he'd had with his mother...
Draco and Narcissa were sitting at the table in the kitchen of Narcissa's flat. She had decided to live in the tower with them and she had her flat made a floor below his and Harry's.
Right when he walked in her flat he knew that Harry had designed it. It might not have looked anything like his and Harry's rooms, but it just had that attention to detail that only Harry really seemed to have.
The rooms all had deep purple walls with white accent colours and lots of huge windows to brighten up the rooms. She had a balcony and on it were purple and white narcissus flowers. There were also crystal vases with purple narcissus flowers and purple and white baby's breath in them. There were mirrors with crystal borders and crystal chandeliers. It couldn't be any more perfect for Mother.
Mother had shown him through the flat excitedly and pointed out all of the small things that proved to be extremely useful as well as beautiful. She had obviously fallen in love with the rooms. When he told her that it was Harry who had designed it, she immediately said that she wanted him to design her whole house once the war was over.
"So Draco," she said as they sat down for dinner, "how's Harry doing?"
Draco mentally sighed. I really hoped we wouldn't talk about him today. "He's fine Mother." He said simply.
"I see... Are you two dating yet?" she asked nonchalantly as she made herself some tea.
"What?" Draco asked, nearly spitting out the piece of steak he was eating.
"Really dear, you still haven't figured out that you like him?"
"Of course I like him, Mother, he's my friend."
"Friend indeed." She said with a small laugh. "Please Dragon, I've seen you two interact. I've seen you hug and hold hands and how both of you didn't even seem to realise it was happening!"
"Hey!" Draco said defensively, "We only held hands that one time!"
"Oh really?" she asked with one eyebrow raised. At his nod, she smiled brightly. "Really? Because I seem to recall Hagrid telling me about an incident in which the two of you stood up and were still holding hands."
Shit... Busted... Draco though. "Oh, well... that..."
"Let me guess," Mother said, "he was comforting you."
