Chapter 10

Eddie POV

I saw Rose walk out of the room, and down the hall. I sighed knowing instantly something wasn't right. Rose and I have been friends forever, and that I knew something was up with her. I felt a tap on my shoulder as I watched her walk away, I focused my attention back on a girl that had dark red hair that brushed her shoulders, her green eyes looked at me with a hunger-for-blood expression.

" It's been over two hours since you told me we'd go to the feeders!" Her voice sounded angry, and very royal- like. This was unfortunately my charge: Haley Anna Badica.

"I'm sorry Lady Badica I had some personal problems to take care of, won't happen again." I said very politely but man, she was a complete bitch towards to me.

"Can we just go?" She demands.

God, she was driving me nuts. "Yes, of course."

I followed behind her to the feeders room, once there, I signed Harley in for a feeder and waited. I mentally sighed in relief as the women ushered Harley and I back. She went in and I stayed outside, leaning on a wall. A few minutes later, Haley came back out, her complexion was on spot as I asked, " Better?"

"Yes, take me back to my room now." God, royals, I thought as I walked her back.

When we arrived at her room, Haley went in without saying one word to me, I sighed and went to the training room to let off some steam.

Rose's POV

I sat on my bed trying to forget about the whole Tasha and Dimitri thing. I suddenly got up, grabbing my training clothes and my gym bag as I headed out to the gym.

When I arrived I saw Eddie punching the punching bag, he looked frustrated as his fist collided with the bag. I stood there watching him for a few seconds, wondering why he was on edge. "Hey, Eddie, you seem odd, like something's bothering you."

He stopped and looked over at me, he had sweat pouring down his face, his eyes looked as if it could kill someone instantly. "I absolutely hate that they gave me Haley Badica."

"Is that your charge?"

He nodded and ran his hand through his hair.

"Why do you hate her?"

"You'll find out eventually, and maybe you could shove her around a bit? Kind of give her a taste of her own medicine."

I smirked. " I'd be more than happy too."

We both chuckled as Eddie said," So, since your here, you maybe wanna go for a few rounds?"

I smirked more than said,"You're on Castile."

We went for a couple of rounds and after that was over we both went our separate ways. I was exhausted, and knew that the doctor would have been extremely upset with me because I had used my body in a physical manner. I shut my door, going to my comfy bed, when I noticed a slip of paper that was folded up and had my name at the top.
