"Mother, why do I have to go?" I ranted from over the phone.
"It's good for you! You'll get to meet the Byun's in a closer context! And you'll be able to put this week long holiday to use!"
"No, I don't want to."
"You have to," my mother's voice hardened in a heartbeat. "It'll only be four days!"
"Four days too long!"
"Please?" My mother pleaded upsettingly. "I'll be so grateful if you did."
I bit my lip, pondering. "Fine. Whatever. But I won't forgive you."
"You will, darling. I'll make sure of it. Bye!"
My mother was seriously crazy.

It was the middle of the night when I got a shake on the shoulders. Wearily, I looked up to see the condemned. Baekhyun stood there fully dressed and wide-eyed.
"Joohyun!" He gasped in shock. "We're meant to be meeting my parents in twenty minutes!"
I sat up quickly and pulled my hair back. "Why didn't you wake me up when you woke up, then?"
"I didn't think you'd be fast asleep. Sorry," he bowed his head apologetically while moving out of the way so I could rush to the bathroom.
It took me at least ten minutes to get ready, wearing comfortable sweats for the long flight. It was at least ten hours of complete compressed space, which I definitely wasn't excited about.
I ate a bit of food before Baekhyun came rushing in with both our suitcases. "I got everything. And my parents messaged me that they're outside the house."
I took my suitcase gratefully. Indeed they were outside as a big black car was parked right in front of the house. I wheeled my suitcase to the car and a man came out to help me put it in the boot.
I entered the huge car and Baekhyun's mother gave me a hug. "Joohyun, darling. We're sorry for making you wake up so early. But you look ready for a long flight." She raised her eyebrows at my sweats.
"Ah, yeah. About that. I just woke up." I replied bashfully. The door re-opened, allowing Baekhyun in. He gave everyone an awkward smile and began surfing on his phone. We arrived at Seoul's airport in no time and started unloading the car. Looking at what we were doing, it might've looked as if I was part of their family.
It was about two hours of countless checking in for our flight, security checks and others. Like seriously, could they make it a bit quicker so I don't have to go three hours before the actual flight?
I took my ticket and studied it. Seat 5B. Baekhyun's parents made sure we definitely had first class. I didn't complain though, first class is life.
The interior of the plane in first class was absolutely beautiful. The seats were cream plush with buttons that made it look like a bed. The TV's were literally so modern and connected to the seat.
I sat down in my seat, cheering silently once I realized I sat at the window. Beside me was Baekhyun. How awkward.
"Um, my mother wanted to give this to you." He handed me a pack of chewing gum. "You know, for the flight."
"Thanks," I gingerly took the pack, looking out of the window. "This is going to be a loooong flight."
"Tell me about it."
