The sound of rustling outside of your window woke you that following morning.
"Natsu! We can't just cut through this person's yard!" By the sound of it, the voice belonged to Happy. They were most likely tring to avoid the train.
You stand up, and make your way to the door. Upon opening it, the sight of trampled flowers and burned grass catches your eye. "Hey look its (Y/n)!" You were hit by a blue ball.
"What happened to my yard?" You couldn't pull your eyes away from the sight of the dead and broken roses that you worked so hard to bring to life.
Happy was already pointing a finger at his friend. "Natsu thought it be easier to get home this way! So he goes barreling through here like a mad man!" By the look on his face you can tell it was kind of true.
"Sorry. I just needed to get something." Natsu gives you a big toothy grin while running his fingers through his hair.
You take in a breath. "It's alright." You put your hand on your hip while inspecting the flowers. They werent too bad but they will take some time to recover..
"We'll see you later, (Y/n)!" With the sound of them trotting through the woods, you were alone.
A warm breeze hit your skin as you saw the sun raising above the horizon. Out of habit you reached to play with the necklace Mokarov gave you, but only to find it not where it should be.
You feel your heart drop to your stomach. Staring down at the ground, you frantically try to remember where you last had it.
"Hey (Y/n)! Can I see that necklace for a moment?" You give Happy a long look, before reluctantly handing it to him. He quickly turned around. "Hey Natsu! Who am I!" You see him walking, no more like strutting, across the counter.
"I dunno!" Theres a laughtur in his tone. They had been playing that game all day. They would take an object from a person in the guild and pretended to be them. It was quite comical.
Happy grabed a piece of your hair and draped it over his head. "Oh look! Imma guuuurl!" He tried to mimic a females voice but to no avail.
You couldn't help but to let out a laugh. While Happy was busy making the guild laugh, you went to sit with Lizanna.
"Its at the guild..." you let out a sigh as you went back in. You quickly put on a shirt, shorts, and shoes, and once again you were outside. A pang of fear swelled up in your chest as you thought about walked the streets to the guild, but it had to be done nonetheless.
