If Only You Remember Chapter 13

Zayn's Pov:

"Come on please open the door," I begged. I continued to knock on the door. "I swear its not what you think," I said. The door swung open. A smile grew on my face but disappeared to see Makayla who answered.

"Jasmine doesn't want to see you," she said. "Please just let me explain what happened," I said. Makayla looked behind her then back at me.

"She still says no," she said. "Please," I begged. The door opened wider to reveal Zachary. My eyes went wide and I took a step back. He smirked knowing I'm scared of him.

Who wouldn't!? He is 10x my size, more built, and taller. I say he is around 6'2 but I may be wrong.

"Please can I at least explain my side of the story?"' I asked. "Right now you seem like your on the bad side," Zachary said.

"I'm not I swear I can easily explain," I said. "How long have you been coming here? Like two days?" Zachary said. "Actually almost a week. Five days," I said. Makayla and Zachary raised an eyebrow, I shrugged.

"I think it's best for you to leave," Makayla said. I was going to protest but decided against it. I nodded and slowly walked away. "I'm not giving up!" I yelled before getting in my car.

I started the ignition and drove away. I drove past the quiet houses. There were some children outside playing, running around, jumping.  I smiled at the children.

I stopped at a red light and waited patiently. I looked at my phone to see if I have any calls. I'm hoping I'll get a call from Jasmine.

The light turned green and I took off driving again. I arrived back at the flat in ten minutes. I parked near the curb. I took the keys out and opened the door.

I got out and shut the car door. I locked it from my keys and walked to the front door. I walked in and shut the door behind me.

I saw the girls and the lads talking on the couch. Louis and Niall were playing FIFA. Liam was talking to Danielle about who knows what. Eleanor was shouting and cheering Louis on. Harry was doing the same but for Niall.

I set my keys down on the down and made my way over to them. I sat down next to Louis and rested my head in my hands. I let out a sigh.

I heard the game pause and a bunch of feet surrounding me. "I'm guessing it didn't go well," Harry said. I looked up at them and shook my head.

They gave me a small smile and patted my back. "I'm sorry Zayn," Eleanor said. "We know you didn't mean to do that," Louis said. "The thing is they won't let me explain," I said.

"Wouldn't you think after going there for five days they would think you have changed?" Niall asked. "You think they would," I said.

"What exactly happened?" Danielle asked. "Liam called me during the night out. We talked about why I was gone at such an early time and then I went back to Jasmine to see she was talking to someone," I said.

"Who?" They all asked. I began to think. Who did I see? It was to dark to tell. I only got the features of the person. "It was hard to tell," I said.

They sighed and nodded. Liam said, "What person would be there stalking you two?"  "I'm not sure that's the thing," I said.

"I'm going to go get some fresh air," I said. "Alright be back soon," Louis said. I stood up and nodded. I walked to the door and waved bye before exiting.

I think I'm just going to walk. I began walking down the sidewalk. I put my hands in my jean pockets. I continued to walk down the streets till I walked in a small park.

I walked on the grass to a park bench. I sat down and rested my head in my hands.

So much is going on between me and Jasmine. I felt a presence sit down next to me. "I just want to be alone right now," I mumbled. "Zayn?" A soft voice said.

I looked up to see Perrie. Wait Perrie? "Perrie?" I said confused. "Long time no seen," she lightly chuckled. I sat straight up.

"How have you been?" I asked. "Good you?" She said. "It's been a little hectic," I lightly smiled. "Is everything alright?" She asked concern. I shrugged at her. "Let me guess girl problems?" She asked. "You guess right," I said.

"Oh I'm sorry," she said. "It's fine. It's not your fault," I said. "So how are the lads and girls?" She asked breaking the awkward silence. "They are doing great," I said. "That's good," she said, I nodded.

"Anything new?" I asked. "Same old thing really. You?" She said. "Same," I said. "How's the family?" She asked. "They are doing great. They miss you," I said. "I miss them to," she lightly laughed. I miss her laugh for some odd reason.

See, Perrie here is my ex girlfriend. Things were busy with our schedule so we had to take a break from each other. We hadn't seen each other since then.

"So your with your issue with this girl, is she a friend or your girlfriend?" She curiously asked. "Neither," I said. She looked at me confused.

"Then how are you having issues with her?" She asked. "I'm trying to prove to her I've change," I said. "But your the same old guy that I knew," she said. "Not in her view," I said.

"Trust me Zayn your the same guy who is hilarious, fun to hang around, sweet, and caring guy," she said. "Thanks Perrie," I smiled at her. "Your welcome," she smiled back.

"If you need anything I'm here for you," she said. "Thanks," I said. "Here's my number if you need me," she said taking out a piece of paper and pen.

She wrote down her number and handed it to me. "I'll keep that in mind," I said. I put the paper in my pocket.

  "I better get going," she said. "Nice seeing you," she said standing up. I stood up and hugged her bye before she walked away. A smile form on my face as I felt butterflies when she hugged me.

I walked away back to the flat with a huge smile on my face. Maybe I don't have to worry about Jasmine anymore.

A/n: Hey! Sorry for the late update! Been busy trying to update for you peoples!(: Next chapter I will try to write longer and it will be Jasmine's Pov! What do you think she will think about Zayn and Perrie? I'll give you a hint... DRAMA!! Haha  Anyways I'll try to update sooner! Vote? Comment?
