Mika "good morning my love", Jules "good morning", Mika "are you feeling any better today"? Jules "way better, the medicine really kicked in last night", Mika "you look so beautiful", Jules "thank you", Mika "how's Avery", Jules "oh she's definitely still sick. I don't know if you know or noticed but I was in and out of bed almost every hour throughout last night. I tried giving her ginger ale, water, fruit snacks, fruits, soups, cuddles, I tried everything. She was so attached to me, she wouldn't let me go, she had her hand wrapped around my neck, he little face snuggled into my chest. It was definitely a rough night dealing with her. But thankfully I'm feeling much better, I just hope that she gets better. I don't want her to be sick", Mika "did you give her any medicine last night", Jules "I did, twice. Four hours after I put her down, she's just been so out of it. And I'm getting hella worried", Mika "hey don't do that. I don't like when you beat yourself up over stuff like this", Jules "I'm not trying to but it's just so aggravating", Madelyn "mom Avery's crying again", Jules "that's just great", Mika "I can get her", Jules "she is probably gonna wanna be held by me", Mika "well I'll bring her", Jules "okay", Mika went to the room and grabbed Avery, holding her, Avery "want mommy", Mika "shh I know honey, I know. I'm gonna bring you to mommy", Jules "hi my little baby. Shhh I'm right here. I'm right here", Jules grabbed her from Mika, she immediately rested her head on Jules shoulder and started sucking her thumb, Jules kissed her on the head. Jules "I'm gonna go lay down with her", Mika "okay", Jules carried her to the room, she shut the door, and gently laid her on the bed. Jules "hey shhh. It's okay, mommy knows that you're not feeling well. Just close your eyes honey", Avery "mommy", she whined. Jules "shhh no crying baby", Jules remained with her until she fell asleep. Jules knew that she couldn't move, because the minute she did make any sudden movements, Avery would wake up and start crying. Jules remained with her in the bed, eventually until she fell asleep herself.
Mika "go check on them", Madelyn "who me, I'm doing my school project", Mika "please honey while I cook lunch and prepare dinner", Madelyn "fine", she said rolling her eyes, she went and checked on them and then she went to the room slamming the door. Mika didn't wanna get into an argument with their teenage daughter, so she let it be. She continued to make dinner and prepare dinner, Jules woke up because of the door being slammed shut, Avery woke up crying, Jules "shhh baby, it's okay. Did that scare you", Avery nodded, Jules "I'm sorry baby girl", Jules put the tv on and had Avery watch a movie, then she threw on her slippers and went to the kitchen. Mika "did that door wake you up", Jules "yeah, it woke me up and our daughter. It scared her, what the fuck was that", Mika "our oldest getting upset because I asked her to check on you and Avery", Jules "the last thing that I wanna be dealing with her nasty ass little attitude right now but I ain't go no other choice", Mika "babe I can handle her", Jules "lunch and dinner, focus on that. I will deal with her badass", Mika "okay", Jules went to Madelyn's room and knocked on the door. Madelyn "who is it", Jules "your mother, open the damn door right now. This door should not be locked", Madelyn "I'm doing my schoolwork, can you please leave me alone", Jules "no I will not leave you alone, open this fucking door right now. I do not wanna raise my voice and you're pretty much getting me to that point, son please just listen and open the door. Open the door, Madelyn open the damn door right now", Madelyn got off of her bed and opened the door, Jules entered the room and shut the door. Jules "who the hell do you think you are just slamming a door in the house", Madelyn "because mama asked me to do something when I was already in the middle of doing something else and she made me stop what I was doing to do something else that she could have done herself", Jules "excuse me, I am not gonna accept that sort of tone in this house. You are a child, you might be thirteen, but that still makes you a child, you are to follow the rules and do as you are told because frankly you're just a child. You slammed the door which was so unnecessary and then you woke me up and you woke your little sister up and scared the her so bad. Like do you feel good about what you did", Madelyn "it just happened", Jules "it happened, it could have easily been prevented and easily avoided but you didn't even try to do that. You continued to have an attitude and your actions are completely unacceptable and you know that", Madelyn rolled her eyes. Jules "you see what I'm saying, enough with the freaking attitude Madelyn, you're not making it any easier or better for yourself. You are making it worse. I want your tv remote, your laptop, the iPad and the phone. You will get your phone back tomorrow and the rest of the week for your alarm and to go to school but that's all it is for. You will be banned from going on social media and from speaking to your friends. Think about what you did", Madelyn gave her mom the electronics, she got so mad but she did cause it. Jules put the electronics away, Mika "what did you do", she said smiling, Jules "I don't find that funny, I took her electronics and no social media", Mika "yikes", Jules "yeah, I am gonna check on our other daughter, the one that's very quiet today", Jules went to Maya's room, Jules "hi my little angel. You're so quiet today, how come", Maya shrugged her shoulders, Jules "is everything OK? How come you're in here not with mama in the kitchen or in the yard", Maya "I feel invisible today", Jules "Maya you are not invisible baby, it's just your sister is being a pain with her little attitude and then your other sister is sick and just requires a bit more attention at the moment but that doesn't mean that I can't play with you or spend time with you. You can come to me say mommy can we hang out for a bit, I would jump on an opportunity to spend time with you and you know that", Maya "are you sure", Jules "Maya how much do I love you", Maya "endlessly", Jules "and our love is", Maya "unbreakable", Jules "that's right. It's unbreakable baby, why don't you choose out some snacks from the pantry and meet me in the room, me you and your sister can watch a movie and just chill while mama cooks lunch and dinner", Maya "okay", Maya went off to the room to choose a some snacks, Jules "hey I'm gonna be in the room with the girls doing a lil movie and chill out with them", Mika "okay. Hey", Jules "yeah", Mika "you I love you right", Jules "yeah, endlessly and I love you too". Jules went to the room, she cuddled up with both of her girls, and the three of them started watching a movie. The girls were cracking up by the movie, Avery laughing just made Jules smile, because seeing her happy.
