Chapter 3:

Simone "hey you've been awfully quiet this entire week. Are you doing okay"? Jules "no I'm not okay, my girlfriend is out of town with her sister. I've had tons of work this week, and I feel so sick but I refuse to stay home since our internship is almost over and we're this much closer to being doctors", Simone "maybe you should give yourself some credit, and maybe ask Bailey if you could get out of here".

Jules "going home isn't an option when I'm this close to finishing my internship", Simone "Jules you're gonna make me call her and tell her that you don't wanna take time off. You should go home if you aren't feeling too good", Jules "I already said I don't want to", Miranda showed up out of nowhere, Miranda "Millin a word with you please", Jules followed her boss to the other room, to which she shut the door. Miranda "is everything okay, Adams has been telling me that you have been having a hard time with Yasuda gone and on top of that you aren't feeling too well", Jules "I'm good, just a few more hours. I can handle it", Miranda "Jules go home, you're overworking yourself and it's not good for you. Go home", Jules "I an assure you that I'm fine", Miranda "Jules, take it from me overworking yourself while your stressed and not feeling good isn't okay. Go home and take the week off", Jules "okay. Thank you, i appreciate it", Miranda "you're welcome, thank your co-workers who were extremely concerned about you", Jules changed out of her scrubs.

Simone "sorry not sorry, you really needed to have some time off", Jules "thanks, I really appreciate all of you", Jules left the hospital and headed back home. Maxine "hey you", Jules "hey", Maxine "what are you doing home this soon", Jules "I just had to come home, work has been stressing me out, so my boss sent me home so I could get rest", Maxine "okay, well you get some rest sweetheart", Jules "I will, thank you", Jules quickly showered and then got changed into her pajamas and laid down on her bed. She grabbed her phone and called Mika, Mika "hey beautiful", Jules "hi", Mika "what are you doing at home", Jules "the others basically told Bailey that I wasn't feeling good and that I was stressed. I miss you so much", Mika "I miss you too", Jules started crying, Mika "don't cry", Jules "I didn't think that long distance relationships were this hard. I wish you were here so you could hold me and tell me that everything is going to be okay", Mika "more than anything I wish I were there with you too. Tell me about work, even though I know you came home to avoid talking about work lol", Jules "I've got a new patient. She's the cutest, her name is Madeleine, but I call her Maddy. I just miss you so much", Mika "I know baby, I miss you too. I come home in a few days and I'll be with you", Jules "okay", Mika "baby", Jules "yes", Mika "I think I have something that will take your mind off of all of this", Jules "really, what's that", Mika "so my sister is taking a nap so I'm in my room right now. And I'm gonna take off my clothes, I want you to do the same", Jules "why", Mika "just do it baby", Jules "okay", Jules took off her clothes, and laid in bed. Mika "Maxine isn't gonna walk in on you, is she", Jules "no, my door is locked", Mika "okay. Baby", Jules "yes".
