Frosted white stared back at Raelle and the Doctor.
Everywhere. The entire interior of the car. The odd man looking just as confused as Raelle and the Doctor. His suit. The steering wheel. Even the brake pedal.
Raelle had to applaud the man internally. Clearly he had a favourite colour.
Capsule open.
"Who the hell are you?" The man exclaimed, breaking the silence from when Raelle and the Doctor had jumped from the roof.
The Doctor smiled at the man. "Sorry, Motorway Foot Patrol. I'm doing a survey. How are you enjoying your motorway?"
"Well, not very much." The man grumbled, throwing his hands up. "Junction Five's been closed for three years."
Raelle smiled politely as the Doctor was already using his sonic to do the next trap door on the floor, and slipping through and hanging to drop for a new car. "Thank you. Your comments have been noted. Have a nice day!" She waved before jumping through the trap door after the Doctor. She snicked, regretting that choice as she landed on the next car roof, coughing from the smoke.

"Capsule open."
The Doctor and Raelle scaled down multiple cars, all filled with a ray of different personalities. It was funny how unique everyone's car was to themselves, but then again, it had become their new homes. As the pair made their way from each car, using the trap doors to go further and further down, they had managed to acquire items on their way. The Doctor had 'borrowed' them two headscarfs to place around their mouths, as Raelle kept coughing in the smoke between descents, and quite frankly, the Doctor didn't want to hear her grumbling about her lungs. Raelle had managed to 'borrow' a goodie bag of sweets from a old sweet vendor in his car, to which the Doctor rolled his eyes but didn't hesitate to steal a sherbert.
One of the cars had Raelle clamping down her mouth so hard to stop herself from laughing when the man from the drivers seat had turned around, stark naked. The Doctor's mouth had popped open with wide eyes, muttering "Ooo! Don't mind me." while covering Raelle's eyes, before they moved to the next car. This went on and on until they reached the bottom lane.
"Capsule open."
The Doctor dropped in the new car, one of a man in a bowler hat and a pinstripe suit. He held his arms up, helping Raelle down as the gentleman spoke.
"Excuse me, is that legal?" He asked, turning in his seat to assess The Doctor and Raelle.
"Sorry, Motorway Foot Patrol." The Doctor helped Raelle down, making sure she was alright before he showed his psychic paper. "Whatever. Have you got any water?"
The man nodded, getting up to pour two glasses of water from his tumbler, handing them to the Doctor and Raelle. "Certainly. Never let it be said I've lost my manners."
"Is this the last layer?" Raelle asked, as she drank her water.
The man nodded again. "We're right at the bottom. Nothing below us but the fast lane."
"Can we drive down?" The Doctor asked.
"Well, you need three people, but you said you were both Motorway Foot Patrol. It wouldn't count if you're not registered surely."
"Couldn't we just cheat?" Raelle offered.
"Well, I'd love to, but it's an automated system. The wheel would lock." He explained.
The Doctor sighed, before dropping to the floor. "Then excuse me." He used his sonic to open the floor hatch again.
"You can't jump." The man exclaimed in fear. "It's a thousand feet down."
