I woke up in Ben's bunk to the smell of coffee.

"Get your ass up, Danny!" Ben yelled from the front of the bus. I have to scream in Losing Sight with Memphis May Fire in a half hour. I smiled to myself and rolled out of the bunk, forgetting it was a top bunk. I fell right in front of James.

"Woah! Watch it mate!" He stepped over me and then turned around with a confused look. "Were you just in Ben's bunk?" I looked up at him.

"No..?" He shrugged and walked off. I got up and rubbed my head, walking towards the small kitchen. I reached for a bottle of Jack Daniels, but Ben pulled it out from in front of me.

"No booze for Danny. You promised." He threw it in the trash and shoved a cup of coffee towards me. "Drink it."

"Eh, not in the mood." I shouldn't have promised that. It's not easy. "I gotta go sing with Matty." I patted his head, and went to the stage.*Ha To The Stage. See what I did there?* When I was almost there, I could hear his voice.

"Were just waiting on a certain Danny Worsnop." I ran faster, still tired as hell. When I finally got there I was out of breath.

"You ready?" He shouted across the stage, not into the mic. I nodded and took a breath.

"Wake me up, wake me up! I can't remember when enough was enough. I used to be so in love with this life I live before it was corrupt.

Take me back to the me that wanted this more than anything, the me that said I would give up everything just to live one night in the life I'm questioning.

Where is the inspiration I need? How could I hate this? I used to crave this! I tell my stories as a form of release. I need them just as much as they need me.

I always said I'd never waste a single second of this, but sometimes I find myself slipping through the cracks. How could I be such a hypocrite?

I think about it all so far; what we've been through, who we were, who we are. These days the weight of the world is on my shoulders. I never thought it would be this hard.

They come to me to show them how they're supposed to be. I don't want to let them down. Lord give me the answers they seek, The strength to give to the weak. Give me the desire to plant the seed. This is so much bigger than me. I think I'm in over my head.

Jet lagged & restless & always beat down. The rooms are full but I'm always alone. This load is too much to carry on my own.

I always said I'd never waste a single second of this, but sometimes I find myself slipping through the cracks. How could I be such a hypocrite? We hold their hearts in the palms of our hands. I don't want to take it for granted. I don't want to waste the gift that I've been handed.

I dig deep for what I know I need; to keep pushing forward, to keep moving! But they expect so much from me. I'm just a person, a human being. I feel dead inside. So burnt out from all I've seen. Maybe I've gone blind from always being in the spotlight.

I always said I'd never waste a single second of this, but sometimes I find myself slipping through the cracks. How could I be such a hypocrite? We hold their hearts in the palms of our hands. I don't want to take it for granted. I don't want to waste the gift that I've been handed.

Why does the fire in my heart grow dimmer with each passing day? Where is my passion? Where is my flame?"

Memphis May Fire left the stage, and the rest of my band came on. This was our last Warped show, so we were making it worth it. No fucking around. We played Closure, The Final Episode, Dear Insanity and finally, the most requested song, Not The American Average. We had the most fun playing this song live. There was just so much energy in it. Ben started to sing the bridge and I realized how beautiful his voice is.

"One step too late

And I never told you

That I can't take

Another disappointment.

Breathing and grasping all leads to another messy ending.

Breathing and grasping all leads to another messy ending."

He looked took his hands off the microphone and before he could start to play the heavy guitar parts, I held his head between my hands and crushed my lips against his. The crowd started roaring, and I realized what I'd just done. I didn't let go. I really fucked up the song. The 4 second heavy guitar turned into a 15 second symbol and bass solo. Cam ran to the front of the stage and pulled me off of him by my shirt. Nobody would see it as anything other than a Brusnop act for the fans. I hope. I went back to the center of the stage and held the microphone up to my mouth.

"TEN INCH!" The crowd yelled along with me. Sure was a way to end Warped.

**Okay, I know this chapter's super short, but I just thought it was good place to end it. The next one will be longer and Andy will make reappearance c; And thanks to anyone who's actually reading. I have 5 other stories that I regularly update on my other accounts, but, I really work hard on this one. Maybe because I have so many great ideas for it..I don't know. But seriously, thank you sooo much for reading!!!I might update later tonight seeing as all I do when I get home is update, so yeah.**
