Izuku Midoriya has really had enough. First, he had his property destroyed by his childhood bully, then he was told he couldn't be a hero by the one he's always admired, and finally, he was scolded by pro-heroes for risking his life to save his chil...
"No! No, I didn't start this!" Kota exclaimed, raising his hands in surrender as he stepped back, the police closing in on him. Some officers were even holding back the civilians, who were starting to protest.
"What are you doing?! He saved us!" a woman from the crowd shouted.
"Hey, leave him alone! He's just a kid!" a man yelled.
"This is child abuse! That boy is a hero!" another civilian added.
"This is going on my blog!" someone else declared, pulling out their phone despite the police telling them to put it away as they stepped back.
Meanwhile, other officers were pushing Kota, who called himself Turbohose, back toward the walls of the now-charred building.
"Kid, you're going to have to come with us to the station," one officer said.
"Be careful, he might accidentally use his quirk," another warned.
"Please, just leave me alone," Turbohose pleaded, feeling the rough wall against his back.
"Kota, let me take control and knock them out so we can escape," Tachion urged through their telepathic link.
"No, if we do that, it will make me look like a criminal," he replied, the officers now just an arm's length away. But as one reached out for him...
"ENOUGH!!!" a booming voice echoed, amplified as if by a loudspeaker. Everyone—officers, civilians, and Turbohose—looked up to find the source. A masked figure in a green suit with wings hovered above, radiating anger.
"Midoribolt!" Turbohose exclaimed, both surprised and relieved to see him as he descended.
"That is my sidekick, and he's also my student! If you have a problem with him, you have a problem with me," Midoribolt declared, his mask flashing a faint green light, emphasizing his seriousness.
"It's the vigilante Midoribolt!" one officer shouted, aiming his gun at him. "We're taking both you and the kid into custody!"
As Midoribolt took up a defensive stance, Turbohose was poised to jump in and assist, but he hesitated when he caught a strange scent in the air. For some inexplicable reason, he detected smoke, despite knowing he had extinguished all the flames. Glancing to his left, he noticed he was right next to a window and decided to take a quick look inside. That's when he spotted an orange glow that seemed to be moving. Before he could even process it, the orange glow shot towards him with such speed that he instinctively ducked. Both Midoribolt and the officers turned their heads at the sound of shattering glass, witnessing what appeared to be a small robot spewing flames as it flew towards them, leaving a trail of fire on the street.

Reacting on instinct, the officers opened fire, but the robot deftly dodged their shots and unleashed flames from its pincer-like hands, igniting the uniforms of the cops.
