Izuku Midoriya has really had enough. First, he had his property destroyed by his childhood bully, then he was told he couldn't be a hero by the one he's always admired, and finally, he was scolded by pro-heroes for risking his life to save his chil...
In a conference room, the teachers from UA, along with their heroic allies and Detective Naomasa, were deep in discussion about the recent USJ incident
"I looked into the name 'Shigaraki' and his Quirk, which seems to involve disintegrating whatever he touches. I looked through the Quirk registration documents of all the people in their twenties and thirties, but I couldn't find anything similar. That dark, misty man who came with him was the same," the detective explained to the heroes as he looked through his papers. "They are either only aliases or were never included in the census. In any event, they are shadow people for all intents and purposes. Their Quirk registration forms were never turned in."
"So in other words, we're at a dead end," Edgeshot said while slamming a fist on the table.
"What about that vigilante kid who was there? Midoribolt was it?" Midnight said with a finger to her lip. "Of all places, he just so happened to be there, so he might have a lead."
"If only I had caught him, we would have interrogated him, but those damn brats got my way," Vlad King said growling.
"Now, now, Vlad King, I'm sure it's very clear to you why those kids stood up for him," Nezu said, trying to calm him down.
"What the hell are you saying!? That kid's are goddamn vigilante!" he yelled.
"What I'm saying is that if it wasn't for him, we'd have the blood of young children on our hands, and UA would forever be cursed by their families," Nezu said. All the heroes in the room when silent, knowing that he was right, while Vlad King just slumped down in his chair, having nothing else to say.
"But still, who is that kid? He's been going around doing unauthorized hero work for the past 10 months," Midnight said.
"The Police Department is still looking into him, but based on eyewitnesses, it appears that he wears an armor that, when it changes form, also changes his abilities," Detective Naomasa said before turning on a projector that showed multiple images of Midoribolt, and his different Turbo Modes.
"It's as if the kid has multiple quirks," All Might said as a certain image popped into his head, causing him to shake it to get it out.
"Also based on what your students explained All Might, he managed to single-handedly not just take down a bunch of Third Rate Crooks at the USJ, but also a monstrosity that was claimed by the leader of the villains, to rival you in strength," he said before pulling up an image of the Nomu apprehended by the police, completely tied up.

All Might, in response, groaned before holding a certain part of his stomach, picturing what would have happened if he had gone against that Nomu and if it had struck him in that same spot he was holding.
"Though I am grateful for his assistance, should we really be letting such a powerful kid run around doing whatever he likes?" Edgeshot asked.
"I'm simply just a principal at UA. I don't have the authority to change the law, so I can't stop the other heroes out there from finding and arresting him," Nezu said. "But in my book, I feel as though he's doing okay; in fact, I'd like to personally thank him someday. So long as he isn't reckless."
