SAVANNAH's P.O.V.

I hear the constant annoying beeping of a phone in my ear and it takes me five minutes before I realize that it's coming from mine. I'm too lazy to answer it so I decide to just let it go to voice mail.

Leave a message damnit.

Three rings later, it stops – no doubt recording the irritating voice of whoever wanted to ruin the end of my weekend. I feel Liam's arm circle around my waist and he pulls me closer to him. His hold is so tight on me, it makes me wish we could just lay here forever in each others arms.

I'm about to let myself sleep again but the horrendous beeping has returned. I whine as I pull myself out of his grasp, dragging my naked body towards the nightstand and hitting answer on the device.

"Whaaaaat?!" I answer groaning with my eyes still sleepily closed and gritting my teeth.

"Well, good morning to you too little sister. Don't tell me you're still in bed." The familiar voice greets me.

Oh shit! Oh shit! Oh shit!

I scramble out of bed surprising Liam with my early morning reflexes. He's about to speak but I motion to him to zip it. He raises an eyebrow, but let's himself fall back on the bed and I stumble to reach for my clothes to take the call, only to end up putting on Liam's shirt and my lacy underwear. I walk like a zombie that just woke up from the dead into the kitchen and open the cupboards in search of tea...or coffee. I need some sort of strong drink to wake me up right now.

"Ugh...I'm sorry Jase. It's too early and you know I sleep in sometimes on the weekend." I quickly say squeezing my phone between my shoulder and my right ear. "What's the deal any way with you waking me up so early? Isn't it like two or three in the morning there?" I ask adjusting my eyes to the sunlight seeping through the blinds.

"I see you're getting a hang of the time difference but yeah, around two. I couldn't sleep and serge let me make a call. Bored as hell right now so I thought I'd call you. So, how are you? Anything new with my little English sister?" he teased me.

That was his thing when he called me. He made jokes about how I should've been born and raised here in the UK from the start seeing how I loved this place so much. He thought I was some sort of tour guide when he called me the first time I was away from home because I knew almost every fact about the beautiful city.

Too bad I wasn't though, I would've made a very informative tour guide. I laughed at the idea because I was just so into the history about my new home that I had to see every museum and art gallery possible. If not, the library would do me just fine.

"I'm okay. Nothing new except Sammy got married yesterday!" I tell him happily.

"Wait, Sammy? That's your gay friend right?" he asks snickering.

"He is not! And for your information, he married a very beautiful girl – her name's Desiree. Charlie is with Gemma and Jennifer, well – she's still single as pringle." I sigh stirring the hot tea into the cup.

"Charlie as in Elijah and Jennifer's brother? Wow. A lot has been happening." He says nonchalantly.

"Whatever Jason. It's been years and we haven't seen each other. Are you going to visit soon?"

It has been years since we last saw each other. It's been years since I last saw my whole entire family. And yes, the last time I saw them was when I left home. I know, I know – I suck but it's not easy when going home will only bring back bad memories.
