Fairy Tail Vacation

Date 6, Elfgreen

Evergreen's P.O.V.

So the obnoxious Natsu had a good idea for once, it would be nice to go out as couples, even though it meant spending time with the big oaf.

"Spending time with your girlfriend is MANLY!" I took my fan and whacked him on the head. I look him straight in the eyes, with my glasses still on at this point.

"I am this close to making you a statue again," I pinched my fingers close together and showed him them. He shut his mouth quickly then asked his question.

"So where do you want to go Ever," I pondered his question then gave my answer.

"There's this nice restaurant maybe we could go do that for lunch," I suggested.

"That sounds so MAN........OW," I slapped him with my fan again.

"And before that we can go to show or a movie," I pulled out a flyer for a fancy musical, well not fancy but, "look, we can go to the musical Hairspray, then go to a nice restaurant then change and do what you want. Does that sound ok?" He nodded his head so I went upstairs and got into a nice dress and he changed into a tux and we went to go to the show.

After getting into fancy clothes, I grabbed a small bag to out some more casual clothes in, just in case we went somewhere unfancy and layed back. I just packed yoga pants and a sweatshirt. Elfman just threw clothes in, I didn't really pay attention to what as I went to put my hair up.

I wore an emerald green knee length dress that was wrapped around my neck with a sparkled ribbon, and I just wore black heels. My hair was in a side ponytail that was curled and had little flowers in it, my makeup was light but visible.

I loved the show, and I don't really know if Elfman did or not but it's now 2 o'clock, it's getting late really fast, we might not have time to do whatever Elfman wants to do. Oh well, don't tell him I said that though.

"Ready to go eat my lady," I could tell he was restraining from saying man so he wouldn't get beaten in public.

"Yes, why that you kind sir," I giggled, and I don't ever do that. He seemed flustered at my remark and the fact that I actually giggled. We arrived at the restaurant and were seated by a kind young lady, resembling the man that sat across from me.

"Hi my name is Erica and I'll be your server today, what can I get you to drink," she smiled, when I saw her smile I knew it wasn't Mira.

"Just a water please,"

"I'll have a water too, water is MANLY," if we wouldn't have been in a restaurant I would've slapped him. Anyways, the waitress came back with the waters and ordered our food, we sat in an awkward silence while waiting for our food. I don't even know why, we usually have so much to talk about, right?

The food showed up and of course Elfman dug in right away while I took my time with it. He looked so disgusting.

Elfman's P.O.V.

I was trying to look disgusting even if it's not MANLY to do so. The grosser I looked, the sweeter and more beautiful my surprise was going to be. While she was doing her hair and make up I looked up some pretty places nearby that a MAN like me would take a woMAN to. There was a giant version of a fairy garden nearby that I thought Ever would love to go to. When she wasn't looking I switched her laid back clothes that she packed for a clothes change with some nicer but still comfortable. She was going to freak when she saw it, and maybe hit me for the bad manners, but she does it all the time anyways.

We finished up our lunch at around 3:45 so I still had time for my surprise, we went to a nearby public restroom and changed into our other clothes when I heard her scream at me from outside.

"Elfman, where are my yoga pants and sweatshirt," she was semi angry but it's Ever, she would get over it.

"Back at the room, where we're going you need something nicer than what you were bringing," I didn't open the door for fear that she would hit me and look MANlier than me. She didn't say anything but I could tell that she walked away. After changing, again, we headed towards the giant fairy garden place. She wouldn't look at or talk to me, but as we got closer I started dropping small hints that she didn't realize that I was doing either.

"Ok close your eyes, you need to trust that I'll keep you safe," I cupped my hands over her eyes so she wouldn't peek, my giant hands covering her entire face not only her eyes.

"Ok, where are we going that's needs to be so secretive," she whined.

"Okay open your eyes on three, 1....2....3!" I took my hands away as she took in the fairy garden around her. Her eyes grew wide with excitement.

"This is perfect for the true Queen of the Fairies," of course she had to make it about herself right now.

"So you like the place of my choosing," she came closer and gave me a hug.

"Yeah, I do," she looked up at me, "ok, you can say it just this once without a fan to the head."

"The place is so MANLY," I got overly excited on the manly part, I mean, a real man like me sure would get excited over manly things like making his girlfriend happy.

Evergreen's P.O.V.

This place was so pretty, it had life size fairy houses and items that people use in fairy gardens! I love it so much, I even let him say man, and everyone knows how much I hate that. We spent about another hr here then went back to the hotel, I mean we didn't want anyone to kill us, *cough* Mira *cough*. We arrived back to see that only Lisanna and Bickslow were here looking out the window, spying on the couples they see walking back, I wonder why, oh well, it was a good day after all!
