Chapter 13

"Finally! You can pronounce all of the letters! Now just to correct how you say the nouns,"she sighed in relief. "You make it seem like teaching me is a hard thing to do,"Ciel glared at her. "Well sorry that you're such a lousy student,"she pouted,making Ciel's heart skip a beat. If you're wondering why isn't she as shy as before,she has gotten used to the two heartthrobs making her quite open with them but she's still shy to others. 

"W-well,it's not my fault for learning this for the first time,"Ciel stuttered at first. She stuck her tongue out at him before there was a knock on the door."Come in,"Ciel replied stoically. "I've made some snacks and i have the information about the key,"Sebastian's mysterious figure glided into the room. "It seems that the language she was muttering was the so-called 'Cupid's Language' so that every cupid can chat with each other without the human they are trailing know which match they're going to make for them as they brush it off as another unknown language,"Sebastian explained,bowing slightly. "The key,from Grell's information, is the Key that is powerful enough to hypnotize weaker mythical beings such as the fairies,fae and of course,cupids,"he continued. "So you're suspecting the guy to be using fairies to cause this mishap?"Ciel replied,taking a bite from his cake. "So you're saying i'm weak?"Venicity,glared at him playfully. "Yes i am,master,"Sebastian replied,ignoring Venicity's question. "Alright,the both of you are dismissed. I'll get the documents done today and we'll asked around about that guy,"Ciel said.

"Well,what can i help you with,Sebastian?"she'd look up at him. "Maybe you can help me prepare dinner?"he replied with a small smile. "What about the other three servants i've met?"she asked. "You seem to do all the work!"she complained. "Well,they are useless,"he replied,emphasizing the 'are'. "Stop eavesdropping and come out immediately,"Sebastian said suddenly. "W-wha-?"she hasn't finished her sentence before the three servants she mentioned before scurried out. She grin and waved at them which they didn't return and looked down. "Sorry,Sebastian,"they said in sync. 

"Hey,do you guys want to help to make dinner?"she asked,resulting in a glaring Sebastian and a happy trio. "Sure!"Finny replied. "Of course,i'll try not the be clumsy!"Mey-Rin said happily. "Let's use explosions!"Bard grinned.  "No,all of you won't.Just go rest,"Sebastian sighed,massaging his temples. "Yes they will! They aren't paid for nothing and everyone has their special talent!"Venicity protested,slapping Sebastian on the arm. She grins at the trio and skips to the kitchen. "You guys better not mess this up,"Sebastian told the trio venomously.

"Hey,can you help with slicing the vegetables?"she'd hand Mey-Rin the vegetables and a knife."Be careful, don't hurt yourself!"she warns before telling Bard to take care of the fire and Finny to smash the potatoes. "Looks like they're fine for now,"Sebastian praised,patting her head. "That's why you should let other help out! Just give them something they're used to doing though,"she grins at Sebastian. He gathered his courage to kiss her on the forehead,making her face as red as a tomato. "Don't do that!"she mumbles before going to the stove to check on the lasagna.

Sebastian gave a sly smirk before continuing his duties while keeping an eye on the trio. Mey-Rin,Finny and Bard was in total bliss for this is one of the rare times they were invited to help out in the kitchen. They tried their very best as they sensed a glaring Sebastian not far from them. Venicity who finished what she's supposed to do set  the food down on the counter and went around to chat.

"Hey Finny,you're really strong,"she gaped at the young boy's strength. "You can literally be the strongest man on Earth!"she said,making hand motions to emphasize her sentence. Finny blushed in reply,almost messing up.Cue a glaring Sebastian."Woah Bard,that's one big fire!"she said,clapping her hands."Next time you'll be the person who teaches me to use explosives!"she grinned. Bard scratched the back of his head and blushed at the praise. Cue a glaring Sebastian. "Mey-,"she called. "You're so good at chopping the vegetables but,be careful. You've hurt your finger twice already!"she smiled.Cue a glaring Sebastian.

'How dare she not praise me?' he thought with a frown,his mood worsening every minute. "Sebastian~!"she called in a sing song voice. "Don't be so moody,smile!"she said,pushing the corners of his lips upward."A frowning butler is not a handsome butler,"she grins,tip-toeing to pat his head. That has certainly helped with his mood.

After a while,dinner was served. "Hmm,this taste surprisingly good,"Ciel muttered under his breath.

Yay,second update of the day~! I am totally not procrastinating on homework to update...No at all...Ehehehe...
