Chapter 8

3rd person P.O.V 

After that incident,Victoria fainted.Ciel had ordered Sebastian to tuck her in bed,even if she was in that state where she needs guidance."Ah,where are my manners?I'm Rusell Moonstone,father of Venicity Moonstone,"the white haired man introduced."You must be out of your mind!She is Victoria Kingsley!Daughter of the Kingsley family!"Ciel protested."Actually,i asked the Kingsleys for help to raise my darling daughter,"Rusell said calmly.

Ciel looked at the smiling man suspiciously."You see,being cupid isn't exactly easy.You have to check the couple's profile before you actually make them fall in love with each other.Sometimes,we have to purposely give them the wrong choices to make them think carefully before dating.So,we have to see out clients go through heartbreaks and happiness.If i took care of Venicity,she'd feel lonely,so i asked a client of mine to help,easy isn't it?"Rusell smiled."Why don't we sit down when we discuss this matter?"asked Ciel.They went to the living room and had a seat.Ciel ordered Sebastian to make some tea for the guest and for himself.

"Ah,thank you,"Rusell said gratefully as  he recieved his cup."I wanted to ask,why didn't you just asked Venicity's mother to care for her?"Ciel asked,not used to calling Victoria 'Venicity'."Venicity's mother..is dead,"Rusell said sadly."She was killed by another female cupid who was jealous of her power.But that female was killed by the council after that,so Venicity is safe,"Rusell explained.Ciel nodded his head while sipping his tea."So,what are you here for?"CIel asked."I'm here to take Venicity to the council.It is almost time for her to start working as a Cupid,"Rusell answered.

Victoria's P.O.V

"W-where am i?"i asked while waking up.I looked around the room to see that i am in my own bedroom,tucked in bed.I suddenly remembered everything.I rushed to the mirror to see that i have white angel wings with pink tints on the feathers,a pale pink eye,a maroon-ish eye and a heart shape drawn on my lips.Just what am i?

I wandered out of the room and heard some voices speaking.I followed the voices to the entrance to the living room.

"No,she can't leave! She is employed here as my maid!"a voice shouted.

"I'm terribly sorry Mister Phantomhive,but she has to!"another voice shouted.

"Victoria,it's bad manners to eavesdrop,"a voice said behind me.I gasped and turned around quickly,seeing Sebastian behind me."Oh,it's just you Sebastian," I said,a little relieved."Sebastian,what is going on?Why do i look like this?What is happening to me?"I asked."I'm not sure Victoria,why don't you go in and ask them?"Sebastian suggested.I nodded and opened the doors to the living room.

"Ah,Venicity,you are here,"Ciel said."V-venicity?I'm Victoria!"i exclaimed."Victoria,your real name is Venicity Moonstone and you are my daughter,"Rusell said."I-i don't know you!The Kingsleys are my family...I'm not from the Moonstone family!"i said,looking at Rusell."Oh,but you are a Moonstone.The Kingsleys have done a wonderful job,helping me raise you,"Rusell said,walking closer to me for a hug.

I backed away."Stay where you are and explain what is happening to me!"she screamed."My dear Venicity,you are a Cupid like I.We make teenagers fall in love with each other.Surely the Kingsleys have told you that,"Rusell said calmly.I gasped,"This explains my...look,"i said bitterly."But i still don't believe you,whoever you are,"I said,glaring at him."Please mind your manners,i am your father,"Rusell said,getting angry."I don't know who you are!"I shouted at him.

"Victoria,listen to Rusell!"a voice boomed."F-father?"I turned around and look at the owner of the voice."Rusell is right,we are not actually your parents.He is,he gave us the responsibility to raise you.We were going to tell you this on your eighteenth birthday,but Rusell beat us to it,"my mother said sadly."My life was all a lie?!"I screamed,enraged.I have no idea how many times i screamed but i was furious!They kept this from me my whole life,well...My whole life to me anyway.

"This was the cause no one wanted to play with me as a child.It was all because i am a Cupid!I never wanted to be like this,i just wanted the other kids to play with me!"I said,ranting about my life troubles."I...I hate this! I want my normal life back!"i said while throwing the nearest object,which was a vase at Rusell."Victoria!Where are your manners?!"my father scolded."According to Rusell,she is Venicity,not Victoria,"Ciel butted in."See?Even my name was fake!"i said.

I turned to look at Rusell and said,"I am NOT going to the council.I am NOT Venicity and i am clearly NOT a Cupid." before leaving the room angrily.

Hello dear readers~

It seems that i am making you confuse with the story(I think).Because you see,my cousin was confused and i was afraid you were too,so i am writing a short summary about what is happening.

"After Victoria became Ciel's maid,Undertaker said she knew something about their new mission and that she was not human.CIel and Sebastian was confused aswell as Victoria.It turns out that she was a Cupid and her father was sent down from the council to pick her up and leave England.Her real name was actually Venicity Moonstone.Since Victoria heard the news,she became angry since her whole life has been a lie.She is currently angry and she left the room,"

So yeah..I hope you took some time to read that since i was a little lazy to update(Don't kill me) and i needed a rest.My stupid examinations are coming up again and i am ALSO lazy to study.If you are wondering,yes,this is an extremely lazy author ranting about stuff concerning AND not concerning the story.

I was also thinking about writing a some 'Kuroko no Basuke Oneshots",any requests then?I am still making the cover so the book is not out and my readers rarely comment on my chapters so i don't know how they feel about the story.

If you have some time,please write a review,i don't mind critism though..Just sayin'.I might be typing to much..Gomenesai! I hope you Vote and Comment,i don't mind you following me but..i'd rather Comments to see if you are all alive and well and not...well...Dead..
