We arrived at the Undertaker's gloomy shop,we were standing at the front door while Sebastian and Victoria stood beside me."Hehehe.....,"Undertaker's voice echoed around the shop but his was not anywhere in sight.Victoria whimpered,covering her ears.I turned around to see her kneeling on the floor,almost crying.Before i did anything,Sebastian bent down and handed her a clean handkerchief from his breast pocket.Could it be that she was afraid?..But afraid of what?Sebastian helped her up,whispering comforting words.
"Is she your new servant?"Undertaker said,appearing in front of me."She's my new maid,not a servant she-"I was cut off before i finished."My,my,my,what a lovely girl...Would you mind trying out my coffins for me??"Undertaker asked.Victoria hid behind Sebastian,still whimpering."Stop scaring Victoria,i'm here for something,"I said,getting impatient."Hmm?Ah..yes..But you must-"Undertaker said,but i cut him off "Sebastian,i order you to make him laugh!". "Yes,my lord.But first,please..exit the shop with Victoria,"he replied.
I escorted Victoria outside."Why were you crying just now?"I asked,curious."Umm....-"she replied,embarassed."-I am afraid of spooky and scary things."After she replied,the shop shook with Undertaker's obnoxious laughter."You may come in now,"Sebastian came out and said.We went in to the shop again.
"So..You're looking for clues for the new mission given to you by the Queen?"Undertaker said.I nodded."Sorry,i can't help you.."he said."What?Why?!"I said enraged."Because,your maid knows the answer..."he said mysteriously.I looked at Victoria,Sebastian did the same thing."W-what?I don't know anything..i swear.I don't even know what's going on."she said softly."You must be kidding Undertaker...Victoria is from the Kingsley family..as far as i know,the Kingsley's aren't doing anything bad!"I replied.
"Hehe...You don't know this but..she isn't human..."Undertaker replied."So..want a dog treat?Doggy?"Undertaker returned to his usual self after that."Let's go Sebastian,Victoria,"i said,walking to the carriage.I thought she wasn't human but...It was true,she isn't...Too pure to be a demon..No blood cravings...Not a vampire..Then what is it?!
Victoria's P.O.V
I'm not human..I'm not human...Those words kept repeating in my head.Then,i remembered something.My maroon eyes,what am i exactly? I'm human,mother said so...was she lying? Every time nobody would play with me when i was little was because my eyes were 'weird' .What am i?What am i?I looked out the window again.I have no strange cravings,i do not have mood swings...What is that that i overlooked that shows that i am not human?What is it?
