I entered. I didn't see a teacher there. Odd... I sat down in the back. Hanging around screaming Mexicans helped me learn a tad bit of Spanish. I waited for class to start. Some lady entered. "Hello. I am your sub for today. Your teacher is in the infirmary. Please stay seated. You may talk and walk around but leave me call role first. Please do not exit the class until the bell rings. Thank you" she called role and she said a familiar name. "Sebastian Quincy?" "Here." I looked for Sebastian. I couldn't spot his brown head. Maybe its some other Sebastian? I stayed quite and waited for my name to be called. "Anastasia Perez?" "Here." I answered. I decided to try to make friends with the people around me. I turned to my right and saw a girl with pink hair. I tapped her shoulder. She turned and looked at me. She flashed me a fake smile. "Umm hi. I like your hair.." She smiled. "Thanks. Good thing the school doesn't make us dye our hair to natural colors when school starts. What's your name new girl?" "Anastasia. How bout you?" "My names Kelly. Nice to meet ya. So what do you think of this hell hole so far?" "Better then all the other schools I've seen so far. I like this place to be honest." "Hey there's a kid checking you out. Look" I turn around and look at the direction Kelly is looking at. "Oh. Its just Sebastian. He's a friend from way back when." I wave Sebastian over. "Hey Seb. Mind telling me why you dyed your hair and DIDN'T tell me?!?" "Sorry Anastasia. I didn't think it was such a big deal.." "NOT A BIG DEAL?!? You've NEVER dyed your hair before. But honestly black suits you. Nice job Seb." "Thanks Anastasia. I have to say. I love the blue in your hair. When did ya dye it?" "Week before school started but I'm planning on going pink like Kelly except without the other colors. I think it'll look pretty cool!" Sebastian noticed Kelly for the first time that moment. "Hello Kelly. I'm Sebastian. Call me Seb for short." She smiled. Ohhhh. I see friction going on. "So Kells. What's your relationship status?" "Single. Why?" "Your to pretty to be single." She laughed. "That's what make up does to you Ana." I laugh and check the time. 3:30. The bell is going to ring any second. "Hey Seb?" "Yea Ana?" "Is your dad picking you up?" "Ya. Why?" "Just curious." "Umm... Okay.?" At that moment the bell rings. Everyone rushes out the door and I slowly gather my stuff. I walk to the front and wait for my dads car. After five minutes of waiting I get a message from dad.
Ash: hey Ana. Hope you had a good first day. See if Kells, Vic, or Oli can give you a ride home or to their house. I'm stuck in the studio. Sorry hun. Love ya.
Me: Kay. Bye Ash love ya too.
I look around and spot all the Jazmine, Adrian, and Seb together. I run up to them. "Hey guys! Can any of y'all gimmie a ride. Dad can't pick me up." They looked at each other. "Sorry Ana but we can't. Our parents can't pick us up either. We were about to ask you the same question" Adrian replies. I groan and message dad.
Me: hey dad. All of them don't have a ride. We're kinda stuck at school. What do we do?
He replied almost instantly.
Ash: yea I figured. Saw their parents enter the studio just a minute ago. Ask Andy if he can pick you and the guys up.
Me: Kay thanks dad

Me: hey Andy. Umm me and the guys kinda need a ride home... Mind picking us up?
Batman: I'll be there in five. See you soon Ana.
Me: thanks Andy. Your a lifesaver
I turn to look at the guys watching me. "Good news! Andrew is picking us up in five." The guys and Jazmine cheered. We sat down and talked about our first day. Before we knew Andy was honking his horn at us so we could get in. We walked up and piled in. Me calling shotgun and Jazmine groaning. "So how was school?" Andy asked. Replies of good, fine, boring, fun were heard. He laughed. "Sierra and Kierra are sent a package to you Ana so when you get home you can see what's in it. Its in your room by the way." "Um how do you know? Did you break in. I can report that as breaking and entering" "chill Ana. I have a spear key. Plus. Your dad was to lazy to get up so I had to break in and enter to wake him up." I nod in understanding. Ashely can sometimes be a lazy ass. We listened to the Sempiternal album on our ride home. We sang to a couple of songs doing our worst impression of oli. We quited down when Andy asked us a question. "So where do y'all live?" "They live in the same street as me Andy so you can drop us off at my home and they can walk on their own from there." He nodded. Next thing we knew we got to my house. I thanked Andy and got out waiting for the other slow pokes to get out of the car. I waved goodbye to Andy and went into my home. The rest of the guys following. "I don't want to sound rude but... Y'all don't live here." I said it in the nicest way possible "common Ana our dads aren't home. Let us stay at your place till they come back. We'll even message our dads telling them about crashing at your place till they come back." "Okay Jazmine. I'll let y'all crash at my place till further notice. But don't break anything please. "We make no such promises." I laugh and open the door to the place I call my home. "Welcome to my layer my fellow guests." The guys ran to the couches. While me and Jazmine put our stuff on the kitchen table. We made popcorn and walked to the living room. "Let's watch movies shall we?" The guys cheered. We watched Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. We were about to watch The Lorax. But all four of our phones rang. We all answered. Turned out that they were taking us out to eat as a celebration for surviving the first day of school.
