Audrey's POV

I ran across the town square and over to the staircase that you could get to from the Grill. My shoes were not good for running, but I made it there. The scene that opened before my eyes made me gasp. Klaus and Damon against each other, Alaric, Stefan and Kol were all on the ground.

"I should have killed you months ago," Klaus said with a low tone to Damon.

"Do it. It's not going to stop Esther from killing you," Damon replied. God this was my worst nightmare.

"Stop!" I shouted, but they both ignored me. I hated being ignored and treated like a kid. I sped down in between them. I turned my back to Klaus and stared at Damon strongly. He looked down on me. We both knew who was going to win the fight, if it was going to happen.

"What did you say about my mother?" Klaus asked, again ignoring my entire existence.

"You didn't know I was friends with your mummy? Yeah, we have a lot in common. She hates you as much as I do."

"Damon!" I shouted scolding at him. He ogled at me with a hurt and confused expression.

"What you're defending him? He's the abomination here."

A guilty feeling started knocking on my chest. I was just able to glare at Damon.

I heard Klaus growl behind me and try to speed to Damon. I span around and looked at him, but he just stared at Damon, ready to attack and speed again.

"Leave him! We still need them, Niklaus," he whispered. I turned my body to him with a frown.

"What did mother do? What did she do, Elijah?"

Elijah glanced upon me, like he knew why I was looking so guilty. He walked over to us holding a phone.

"You tell me where the witches are or I'll have my sister kill Elena right now," Elijah said, which made me furious and scared at the same time.

"You told me we had until after nine," Damon replied throwing his hands in the air. Elijah smirked.

"I'm sure Rebekah will be more than happy to start her work early."

"And I always thought that you were the good one," I said sadly staring at Elijah. He looked at me without a facial expression. I swallowed and walked away. On the way I pushed Klaus with my arm. I was done with all these men.

A couple of hours later I got a call from Caroline. She told me that Bonnie was a wreck. Damon had turned her mother in to a vampire to stop Esther. I needed to be there for my friend, so I had picked up napkins and made my way to Caroline's house.

So there I was, hugging Bonnie with all the strength that I had left. It hurt to see Bonnie hurt. I hated how all of this seemed to always happen to her. She deserved better. Bonnie was one of the most amazing people I knew, and the shit always seemed to be coming her way.

"Shh, it's okay baby," I shushed her and rocked her body. She cried silently staring at Abby's dead body. She was in transition. Bonnie moved to hold her mother's hand. With my vampire hearing I was able to hear what Caroline was saying to Elena, who was at the door. I was surprised Bonnie had wanted me here, but not Elena. I guess Bonnie was more mad at her and blamed her.

"She doesn't want to see you," Caroline explained.

"Please, just let me talk to her," Elena pleaded, but Caroline didn't let her.

"Abby's in transition. It's going to be really hard over the next few days and if Bonnie needs some time to deal then I think you should give it to her."
