You too were a part of team 7. Not only that but you were an Uchiha as well. You had no parents. Your mother died during a mission and after that your father disowned you stating your face reminded him of her too much. Because he was a drunk, everyone looked down at your family, most not even wanting to take care of you in the slightest.

You were bounced around the village, some gave you a little food when they found themselves feeling bad enough, seeing you walking down streets with no food or clean clothes..

Even him, as he would walk past you sitting in the shade with your filthy clothes, feeling sorry as he clung to his mothers hand.

On that night, you found yourself walking, lost in your thoughts.

"Huh.. hey Y/n." Pulling you out of your daze, your friend Naruto ran up beside you.

"Oh-hey Naruto." Seeing him somehow always puts a smile on your face.

"Hey. I was on the way to get some ramen. You want some? It'll be gooood." He waved the coupons in front of your face. The thought of it was very enticing. And on top of the fact that you hadn't eaten at all that day, who could resist.

You both ate at Ichiraku Ramen and laughed until both of your bowls were empty. But your stomach still growled, interrupting the conversation.

"You should crash at my place tonight."

"No I don't want to be-"

"Oh come on." He hopped out of his seat and walked out the shop. "You know you could stay at my place any time."

Looking at him, you smiled and left with him. At the time, you didn't know it but Naruto saved your life. Because the next day when you went to school. You heard the news. Horror and dread filled your stomach. Your clan. All the nice people. The kids. She shops and families. The community. All gone. Only you and Sasuke were left.

When it came to it. You, Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura were appointed to team 7. Being closer to each other, you began to realize a few looks that Sasuke would give you. It started before you were even in the same group, that same morning the pain was still fresh. But being on missions together, you would catch him looking at you past the boy obsessed girl who practically screamed for him to like her.

One mission in particular, the two of you were paired to go looking in one way while Naruto and Sakura went the other. As expected, Sakura whined and was upset about it but at this point, like Sasuke, you learned to ignore her.

"Y/n."

"Yeah?" You kept your eyes forward and feet moving to keep the task you both were given, on your mind.

"I've wanted to talk to you about something." You stayed silent but listened with your hands in your pockets. "Y/n." You stopped and turned to look at him. "How much do you know about our clan."

"What?" You were so confused. What did this have to do with the mission?

"Our clan.. do you have the sharingan?"

"..I don't know.. not all of us had such good training growing up."

He scoffed before looking at you up and down. "Training or not.. anyways.. you know what has to happen between us I'm assuming."
