luke woke up the next morning with a big smile on his face. the date yesterday with michael made him extremely confident about wearing his other clothes out in public.

no one gave him problems or looked at him like he was fùcking crazy. they all either smiled at him or complimented him. michael made sure he was okay and he couldn't be any more thankful.

today, luke has to babysit his three year old cousin, lily and he couldn't wait. he asked michael if he wanted to join in on babysitting and was thrilled that michael had agreed.

it's been a while since he babysat lily, he missed her a lot. he would always kiss her nose and she'd shriek and giggle and it was the cutest thing that luke ever witnessed.

that is, until he met michael.

luke smiled at the thoughts of michael and lily. the three of them were going to spend all day with each other. lily had to spend the night since her mom, chanel, was going out of town for the night and luke was almost positive that he could convince michael to stay another night.

chanel messaged luke saying that she was going to drop off lily in fifteen minutes so he decided to change into his nirvana t-shirt and his ripped black skinny jeans until she showed up.

he really wanted to wear the new dress he got a while ago but chanel didn't know about his other side that he and michael loves so much.

the fact that michael calls him beautiful in anything that he wears makes luke feel so special. he'd take beautiful over hot any day.

not that he didn't like being called hot because he did, but luke thought of it as; if someone calls you hot, they're more attracted to your body. if someone calls you beautiful, they're more attracted to all of you; your hair, your eyes, your face, your body, you. they're calling you beautiful.

and luke loves that.

fifteen minutes later, there was a knock on the door. luke was expecting to see chanel with lily in her arms, waiting for luke to take her, pick her to spin her around and kiss her cheek to make her giggle like always. but instead there was michael with lily in his arms.

luke frowned for a second but bit his lip to stop the smile from forming from the cute sight of lily and michael together.

"how did you get lily?" luke smiled at lily as she made grabby hands for him and giggled.

luke picked her up and kissed her, making her giggle and wrap her tiny arms around his neck with a smile. michael grinned, "i was on my way up and your cousin, which i learned her name was chanel, was running late," michael stepped into luke's apartment and closed the door.

"so, i told her i was here for you and she gave me lily and rushed out." luke hummed and nodded his head. he has to remember to scold chanel for giving her child to a complete stranger.

luke walked up to michael with lily in his arms and placed a gentle kiss on michael's cheek, "thank you for being here with me and lily, you being here only adds to the fun."

michael smirked, "oh we'll have lots of fun."
