Chapter5: Confusion

FAYE'S POV

There is 15 minutes of Econ left and I needed to go to the bathroom. What I didn't go before class because of the guy next to me!

I texted Lydia saying meet me at the bathroom. Need to tell you something now....

I asked Coach if I can go to the bathroom since we were currently doing a worksheet quietly.

I walked out of class and not even 30 seconds later Lydia had come out too.

We walked to the bathroom together.

- So what's so important you can't tell me in 15 minutes?
- I found my mate....
- OMG!!!! That's great!! Who is it????
- Liam.....
- Dunbar? The new kid?
- Yes. Can he sit with us at lunch?
- But we are going to talk about the demon problem.
- Liam can help.
- How do you know?
- Well us, supernaturals can only be mates with other supernaturals.
- And how do we know if he didn't just come here to try and kill me?
- Well that is for you to find out.
- What do you mean?
- If you shake Liam's hand and you have a vision that means he is thinking of a plan to kill you. Though if you shake his hand and nothing happens that means he is good.
- Ok we will see.

When we got back to class the bell was about to ring. When it did I took my stuff and turned to Liam.

- Today I will be your personal tour guide. Well if you want me to.
- I would love that.
- Pass me your schedule please.
He handed it to me and it turned out we had all the same classes.

- Looks like you stuck with me all day.
- I'll never get tired of a beautiful face like yours. Liam said making me blush.

- Thanks. We gotta pass by my locker since I don't have my books with me and you have your school bag with all your books.

I took my books for History class and I guided Liam to Mr Wilson's classroom.

- Welcome to our history class Liam. I said once we got to the class.

It took ten minutes to get the class started.
Halfway through class Mr. Wilson handed out a project about architecture.

- Ok class. This project will be done with a partner of your choosing and you have to pick a famous architecture. You will have to make a model of it, find out it's history, find out who built it, how it's built... Basically facts about it. You may begin.

- Liam would you like to be my partner?
- Sure. What do you want to do it on?
- Hmmm... How about the EFFIEL TOWER!!!
- That is fine by me. How do you want to make the model?
- Lets not talk about the project right now. Why don't we get to know each other first.
- Ok. What do you want to know?
- I know your supernatural. So what are you?
- I'm a werewolf. A beta. So what are you?
- I'm a hybrid. Half vampire & half witch.
- Awesome I never met a witch before!
- Well now you have!
- Are we mates......?
- Yes. Umm are you going to reject me?
- Why would you think that?
- Well it has been my biggest fear since I can remember.
- No I'm not going to reject you.
- It's nice to hear that. Would you like to eat lunch with my friends and I.
- Ok. Since I know nobody else.

• Lunch Time•

I walked to the cafe hand in hand with Liam. Once we got our food we walked to my normal table where everyone was surprisingly there.

- Well Liam. These are my friends. Lydia, Stiles, Allison, Scott, Isaac, Erica and Boyd.
- Hey everyone.
- Faye don't we have to talk about..... Stiles started talking and was cut off by Lydia.
- Hi Liam. It is a pleasure to meet you. Lydia said getting up to shack his hand.

She ended up having a bigger smile on her face indicating that she had no vision.

Yes. Liam can stay. I thought.

Liam and I sat down in between Lydia and Boyd.

- Ok. We are each going to introduce ourselves and say what we are. Lydia told the group.
- No. Why would we -. Stiles started talking and I cut him of by saying
- He is a werewolf. So shut up Stiles.
- And he won't try and hurt me. Lydia added in.
- How do you know? Scott asked
- Faye told me that if I shack his had and I have a vision than he is going to try and kill me. And if nothing happens when I shack his hand then he is good. Lydia said.
- Why would anyone want to kill you? Liam asked Lydia.
- Have you ever heard of the prophecy of the hybrid that is going to lead the supernaturals in the right direction? I asked
- Yes.
- Well I'm that hybrid. Lydia told him.
- So your in a lot of danger?
- Yes. We can talk about this after introductions. Lydia said.
Stiles started: Stiles and I'm a werewolf.
Then it was Allison's turn: Allison and I'm a huntress.
Scott went next: Scott and I'm a werewolf.
Isaac: Isaac and Werewolf
Erica: werewolf and I'm Erica.
Boyd: Hi I'm Boyd and a werewolf.
Lydia continued:
- I'm a werewolf and a witch. All of us who are wolves are betas.

The rest of lunch was talk about anything. But mostly talking about the past couple of years.

•After School•

- Liam would you like to come over to Lydia's house?
- Why don't we go to you place?
- Well I live with Lydia's family.
- Oh. Ok. Sure.
- I forgot. When is the next full moon?
- On Friday. Which is in 4 days.

Once we got to Lydia's house, I unlocked the door with my set of keys. Lydia an Stiles were already home since I heard them talking.
We got to the kitchen were they were talking and feeding Buttercup.
When they saw up Buttercup turned around as well.

- Buttercup? Liam asked Lydia's dog.
- Liam!!!!!! Buttercup replied jumping onto Liam.

B and Liam know each other? What the HELL??? I'm totally confused.....
