CHAPTER 10: PROCHECY

Lydia's POV.

- A witch?  What's next Leprechaun are real? What about Santa Clause and the Easter Bunny are they real to?

- Santa Clause is your father and I. The Easter Bunny is not real.  As for what I know Leprechauns are not real since I have not seen one yet.

- Oh... Ok.  So does Dad know?

- Umm. Yes. As a matter of fact he is a werewolf like your friends Stiles and Scott.

- If you are a witch and dad is a werewolf what does that make me?

- Either a full witch, a full werewolf or a half witch and half werewolf which is a hybrid. But it is not likely that your are a full witch or full werewolf because there were no signs showing it. 

- And when exactly were you going to tell me this?

- On your 17th birthday...

- In 2 weeks? Why??? Wait before you answer that question I have two other questions to ask you.

- What are they?

- Well the first question is.  What color are dad's eyes?

- Red.

- What does that mean?

- He's an alpha.

- How did he become an alpha?

- Well that is another story.  You should ask your dad about that.

- What are all the eye colors of werewolves?

- Well there are four.  Green, Yellowish-Orange, Red and Blue.

- What does each color mean?

- Red is for an alpha, Yellowish-Orange and Blue are for a bet and Green is for a hybrid.  Actually any hybrid when they are fully shifted have green eyes.

- What is a difference between Yellowish-Orange and blue?

- The difference is if you killed someone your eyes turn blue and if you don't your eyes stay yellowish-orange.

-  Now back to the other question.  Why were you going tell me about this in two weeks and not before?

- Because I needed to make sure of something first.

- Make sure of what?

- There is a legend.  Actually it is more like a prophecy. 

- About what exactly?

- There is a very powerful Hybrid that will one day rule the Supernatural world.  Well more like lead the way for all Supernatural beings in the right direction.  The hybrid must be a half werewolf and half witch.  And to really know who the hybrid is they will have violet colored eyes.  The hybrid has to be a girl and her and her friends must battle evil.  If she wins there will be peace on earth and if she loses all hell would break loose.

-  So in reality you think the hybrid is me?

- I don't think.  I know.

- I don't even know werewolves for one day and now I'm supposed to rule the Supernatural world?

- Yes.  Now get used to that idea because I'm going to help you, your father and Maya (Lydia's sister who is 14 years old) will help you  but most of all your friends MUST help you.

- What is Maya?

- She is a hybrid.  To be more specific she is a half werewolf and a half witch.

- So her eyes would be green?

- Yes they would.

- So cool.  Can I see them sometime?

- I don't see why not.  Though you should ask your sister first.

- Ok. WAIT A MINUTE.  When exactly did she find out she was a hybrid?

- You usually see the signs at the age of thirteen, when you first become a teenager.

- Oh. That makes more sense.

That night all I kept thinking about was what happened these past two days.  For one my BOYFRIEND is a WEREWOLF, my MOM is a WITCH, my best friend is a werewolf hunter and her boyfriend is a werewolf.  

Allison and Scott are like Romeo and Juliet.  They shouldn't be together because Allison's family kills Scott's kind.  Though Allison and Scott are so meant for each other, they make each other happy when they are together but longing when they are far apart.  It is like true love was meant to be.

Also my dad is a WEREWOLF too and my sister is a HYBRID.  

Oh. My. God.  My life is screwed up royally.
