CHAPTER 2: THE PARTY

Hey evreyone. I'm back. If your all haven't guessed already Rosemary and Roberto Martin are Lydia's parents and Maya Martin is Lydia's sister. As for Faye Maxwell, you will all have to wait to find out who she is.

Lydia's POV

The Maze Runner was a great movie. I'm probably going to read the books now. Though I couldn't really concentrate on the movie with a certain male sitting next to me. Every once in a while he would look at me and I would stiffen. Once he would look back to the scene I relax a bit knowing he was not staring at me. Then I would continue admiring his beautifully handsome features.

I got home, I went straight to my room, took my makeup off and put my pjs on before going to bed. That night I cold fall asleep because I kept on thinking about a certain male.

-NEXT MORNING-

I woke up to my phone going off. It played the song Blank Space by Taylor Swift. I knew it was Allison before I even answer the phone.

Lydia: Hey Al what's up?

Allison: Nothing much. Are you busy tonight?

Lydia: No. Why?

Allison: Remember how I told you yesterday that I would help you with your shyness?

Lydia: Yes.... I hope I didnt regret saying yes.

Allison: Well, Jackson Whittemore, the Co-Captain of the Lacrosse team is having a party tonight. Scott invited me to go with him. So I want you to come with. I'm coming over at 6:30 since Scott and Stiles will be coming to pick us up at 8 for the party.

Allison didn't let me answer because then she just hung up.

I look up at my clock, it read 12. Ok so I have 5 and a half hours left till she comes over, great. I went downstairs to the fridge to make myself lunch. On the fridge there was a note from mom saying:

Dear Lydia,

Left early for work, Will be back late tonight.

Love Mom.

Well that isn't a surprise. My mom is a doctor so she doesn't have much time off. My dad is probably out at a meeting since he is the principal of Beacon Hills Elementary school. And Maya, my 10 year old sister is for sure at her best friend's house for a sleepover. So... That leaves the house all to myself. Yeah!!!

I made myself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich that I have been craving for all week. Finally I can eat it!

So what am I going to do for the next 5 hours?

Hmmm... How about watching Pretty Little Liars? I have to time to be able to catch up anyways.

It was around 3:30 and I was still watching pretty little liars. I'm at the part where Jason kisses Ashley, Hanna's mom.

- Eww. I cried out loud.

- Ashley what happened to Ted? How can you cheat on Ted? You disgust me. I said out loud.

Around 6, after reading a bit I went to reheat some leftover pasta. Yum pasta!!! I finished eating around 6:25.

There is five minutes left till Allison should be here. I went to finish my ice tea when the doorbell rang. I obviously knew it was Allison.

I went to the door and was greeted by Allison with a make up kit and some outfits in her hands.

- Ok so lets start getting ready. She said

Allison told me to go take a shower first since she already chose the dress that I will be wearing. She said "It will make all the guys melt when they see you in the dress".

What?? Those were her words not mine, so don't judge me.

Once I was done in the bathroom, I went to my bed to see the outfit I was supposed to wear to the party tonight.

It was a short strapless purple sparkly dress. Just looking at it, took my breath away. I then when to put it on in the bathroom. When I walked back out Allison was in the room wearing a long fancy pink sleeveless dress. She had already done her hair, in a high bun with some random strands of hair hanging out.

Allison proceeded with doing my make up, with light purple eye shadow, mascara and eye liner. Also some really light blush and a bit of lip gloss. When she was done with my makeup she then when to put the curling iron on so she can then curl my hair. While waiting she did her makeup, with light pink eye shadow, some mascara and eye liner. With some lipgloss and blush. When she was done it was 7:30.

- Ok so half an hour to curl your hair, I can do it. Allison mumbled to herself.

25 minutes later Allison was done.

Wow I totally look different.

Allison when to get her pink 3inch heels for herself and purple 5inch heels for myself.

We went downstairs to wait for Scott and Stiles. While waiting I when to write a not to my mom saying:

Dear Mom,
Spending the night at Allison's house. Will be back late afternoon.
Love, Lydia

Suddenly the doorbell rang.

Allison the ran to the door and opened it to revealed Scott and Stiles.

Once Scott walked in Allison was already making out with him.

- Ok. So when are we leaving for the party? Stiles asked

Allison broke the kiss and said

- We are leaving now.

Allison then grabbed my hand and we walked to Stiles baby blue jeep.

Once we got to the party there was no parking close by.  We had to park a block away.

When we got there Illusions by One Direction was playing!!! There were so many on the dance floor.

After about half an hour of sitting around and doing nothing I went outside.  There are too many people at this party.

I started prancing around. Why am I here? why am I so scared to talk to people? Would they start laughing at me? 

- Are you ok Lydia? asked Stiles.

I couldn't breath. Damn it I'm having a panicked attack and Allison is the only one who knows how to stop it.

I shock my head at stiles .

-I can't breath.  I tried to tell him.

- Control your breathing.

- I can't.

- Listen to my voice.

I was trying but it was not working.

He grabbed my face and KISSED me.
