Paul was working on my feet now, while I had a glare off with Sam.
"Well for one you don't have a scratch on you, I figured you hadn't tried to fight your way out of here, probably didn't want to break a nail. Us on the other hand knew it was coming and we fought with all we had, only the ones un-willing to come to the 'school' quietly get there asses thrown down here." He replied.
"What so, wait I don't get it." My head was killing me, I couldn't think straight.
"O.K." said the girl, Molly, "If you fight when they come to take you away they put you down here away from the others, the ones that still believe it's a school." She explained patiently.
"In other words we're the trouble makers, the bane of society, the ones-"
"She gets it Paul." said Sam. "But what I don't get is why YOU'RE down here."
"Oh cut the crap, you don't know anything about me, and I did fight, and I almost got out of there to, probably closer then you got to escaping." I replied. Paul was working on my hands now, while I lay on my stomach. When all the tape was gone I sat up and rubbed my throbbing head.
"You don't look like the type." He muttered.
"Well you look like an ass so shut up, if you need to know I broke my dad's ribs, busted Chief ear drums and probably cracked my mom skull open. All before Chief sedated me. Any more questions?"
"I don't believe you." Was all Sam said but I pissed me off.
"Oh my gawd, do you need proof?!" I yelled.
"Lower your voice and yes prove it."
"Ugh, well I'm not going to fight you I'm too weak from the drugs they probably overdosed me with, here look at my knuckles and the back of my head." I showed them my scraped and bloodied hands and then the impressive knot on the back of my head. "I don't have any more proof right now but if you're lucky maybe you can see me kick some more ass later." I smiled at the idea.
Sam finally looked slightly convince, and Molly looked down right nauseated.
"Hey what's wrong with you?" I asked her.
"I don't like blood." She said looking a bit green.
"I'm guessing you didn't fight your way here." I said and looked pointedly at Sam who avoided my eyes, well at least he knows whose boss now.
"No I've never been in a fight in my life," she laughed nervously. "Well I guess I should start at the beginning, my best friend, Sally and I heard the rumors about the schools, you know how once you get 'chosen' you're never seen again, so we made a pact that if either one of us got 'chosen' then we would find a way to save the other.-"
"Wait, so you got yourself kidnapped?!" Said Sam incredulously.
"No! Well I didn't mean to at least. O.K so Sally got taken," at this point she had to hold back a sob. "She was at my house when they came, and to say they weren't gentle would be a understatement. She tried to resist but they stabbed her with a needle and carried her away." She took a deep breath and looked at us.
"I'm guessing this is the part where you tried to save her?" I asked.
"Yeah, but not the way you're probably thinking. I hacked their main frame." She said looking proud. The rest of us were wondering what the heck she was talking about.
"Oh come on guys, I hacked there computer data? I know almost everything there is to know about them!" she said excitedly. "See none of this should have happened to me, I got taken because I hit a barrier and tripped an alarm. They took me in the middle of the night. My parents were screaming the whole time; they didn't even bother to pretend that I was going to the school." I hadn't noticed until now that she was wearing Pajamas pants with docks on them and a big t-shirt. This reminded me that I was still in my purple Pajamas bottoms and black tank top. Great.
"Well girly tell us everything that you know." I said.
