A Bryles Story: Book 2

Chapter 1: What is Abi trying to do?

So we finally came back to the studio!
We had an AWESOME time on the competition, and Myles and I were finally official.
We spent ALL day talking. We talked 3 hours by Skype ( wich probably we would talked even more but i had to take a shower so... ), he made a digital love card for me... It was all so awesome.
I was really happy about it, but I was still worried with Abi, she said she wanted to fight for Myles, so she would do ANYTHING to get back with him...
But I didn't care, I trust Myles.
So next day when we arrived, everyone in the studio started calling us "Bryles", wich is a combination of Briar and Myles, it was pretty sweet.
Also, we all were so excited, because we won the dance competition! That would prepare us for nationals!
So today were the auditions for the Nationals routines, Myles and I decided to do a duet, I also wanted the female solo, but I preferred to do a duet with Myles.
There was no one for the female solo, when Abi said:
- I want the solo Ms.Christy.
I wasn't too sure, because Abi would be more focused on Myles than in her solo, but well, she knows what to do.
There were 4 duet auditions, and Myles and I won!
It was amazing knowing that we would be doing a duet for Nationals!
Ms.Christy stopped saying the results and said something shocking:
- Guys! Also, I wanted to tell you that tomorrow will arrive a new dancer! She is my niece!
What? She has to audition to get in the nationals team! That's unfair!
- Ms.Christy, to get in the nationals team you have to audition... Did she audition?
- Hum... not exactly... But I swear she is an amazing dancer and a really nice person!
So she is her niece? Well, it doesn't really matter, maybe she is not good enough to be in the nationals team but, well, ms.Christy knows what to do...
- Hey briar! Do you wanna come with me to hidalgos? I can pay for your juice! Strawberry, right?
- You know me so good! Let's go!
When we were on hidalgos, it wasn't like awkward and nothing, we talked to each other all the time, we both knew what to talk about, we listened to each other, we laughed... I felt like he was the boy I needed.
Later on, Abi came. What was she doing here? Like, no one invited her.
No one of us was speaking, so I said:
- Myles, do you want another juice?
- Yes please!
So I left the table.
I saw that Abi started talking to Myles, and I tried to overhear their conversation:
- Hey Myles, so have you thought about what I told you at the competition?
- What did you told me...?
- That I wanna be with you and that I wanna fight for you.
- Abi you have tu understand that I-LOVE-BRIAR-NOT-YOU!
- Really? Don't act Myles...
- I'm not acting! I don't like you Abi, you gotta deal with it.
- I don't want to!
When I heard their conversation, I felt really mad for Abi and really happy for Myles telling her that he liked me, and I interrupted them:
- Abi, Myles doesn't like you anymore, live with that, you cannot do anything to change his mind.
She looked at me and she left without saying a word.
- She is really annoying, I'm not friends with her anymore.
- Glad I came, I cannot believe how she could tell me that she was over you and then attack you again...
- I know... but, leaving this a side... We are dating right?
- Of course!
- Omg I was really scared, i thought that after that we were not...
- Don't be silly!
We both started laughing when he said:
- Um Briar... Do you... maybe... wanna go to dinner with me... to...tonight...?
- Are you asking me on a date again?
- Ye...yes...
- Of course I want to, I cannot wait!
- Great! You scared me
- I cannot say No to you tho
So Myles took my hand and we both looked each other with a big smile, when we both decided to go home to get ready for our date, it was a really sweet moment. Our second date had to be perfect too, well, all dates!
So it was 21:30 and Myles knocked at my door, my mum opened and when she saw Myles with a really elegant smoking she said:
- Omg Myles you look so handsome and adorable!
I'm really glad that you and Briar are dating! You make such an amazing couple and...
- Mum please stop it...
- Okay... Have fun!
- Thanks Ms.Nolet!
So we went to dinner and everything was perfect, the food was perfect, the night was perfect... everything was perfect!
When we got back home, before I could enter home, he took my hand, he kissed me and he said:
- I love you Briar
i was really nervous, I couldn't even talk!
- I ... I love you more
And we kissed again
It was perfect
I was on bed talking with Jessy by Skype and i told everything about the date, and she also told me that Abi told her that she was behind us all the time! How could she? She's obsessed, I just hate it...
She also told me that aBi met Myles after our date, all I could thunk about was... What did Abi said to him?
