Chapter 9: "That's it, it's over..."

Jessy and I were about to start our plan to find out what was going on with Myles, now, we just had to fake a fight, so Jessy will be able to go with Myles as they both hate me, and hopefully Myles will tell her the reason why he is avoiding me...
So we started with our fight...
- Briar, I cannot believe you are doing this to me
- Doing what? I was just talking to you when you came out with this stupid idea of me being stubborn!
- Because you are, and really? Stupid? Maybe you are
- Woah... I didn't dell you stupid, and it's shocking knowing that you just did
- So be shocked, I actually don't care, our friendship isn't worth it right now
- Wow.. I don't know what to say...
- I do, goodbye!
And then I left the studio hoping that Myles knew that it was real... And out of the corner of my eye, I saw that Myles was so close to come with me, but then Abi stopped him, and he looked a little disappointed, and that made me realize that Abi is obviously the matter of this whole drama... Why would she stop him? I mean, that was weird...
Jessy came where I was and we both hugged, it was hard to deal with the fight because those are things that I would never tell to my best friend, but at least it wasn't a real right...
- So Bri, should we start with the second part now?
- Oh yeah Jess, go ahead...
- Allright
Jessy started walking towards Myles, and he looked at her with a really worried and kind of, angry face, maybe he was hurt inside, and later on I saw them talking, I was really excited to know what Myles was saying, and also shocked, because none of them looked really happy...
Some minutes later Abi hugged Jessy, and took Myles' hand, and they both left, it was really rude for her to do that, but all I could think about was "Please tell me Jessy knows what's going on"
- Briar...
- What? What happened there?!
- What's going on is... Really serious...
- What?! Just tell me God
- Abi showed Myles a photo of you and Devon holding your hands, and she actually showed him an audio where you said "I love you Devon" and he said "I love you Briar"...
- Is this a joke?
- I wish it was girl, are you and Devon dating in secret?
- What?! No! Never! Devon and I are just friends! Nothing more...
- That's what I thought, but I wasn't able to see the photo and the audio...
- Where did they come from if I've never done that before...
- Maybe she did it by herself
- But how...? That should be hard to make...
- We need to find out...
All I wanted was to talk to Myles...
I went to the music room and I saw Myles rehearsing his solo for Nationals, and I stayed there watching him, he is amazing... I will never forget that special moment when he stopped dancing and looked at me... That might mean something...
As soon as he finished, I walked towards him, kinda nervous, and decided to finally talk to him about it...
- Hey...
- Um... Hey...
- Your dance was amazing
- Thanks, I guess...
- Can...Can I talk to you Myles?
- Um... Sure...
- What's up with you? I thought we were okay... I thought we had a good relationship...
- I thought that too
- So? What happened?
- You should know what happened Briar...
- I swear I don't...
- A picture can say more than a thousand things...
- What do you mean?
- I mean, that you didn't love me, you were using me, and I did love you
- What?! I loved you, and I love you...
- I wish that's true...
- And it is... Why are you with Abi all the time... I thought you hated her...

When he said that, my heart, just broke... I couldn't believe he loved Abi, and not me... I mean, just because of a stupid lie, all this drama has been growing up, and has arrived to his point...
- So... You love her now...
- Y...yeah... But...
- No, it's fine, hope you too have a... good thing going on... Not like you and I, I guess...

I just wanted to go home and cry for hours... Abi ruined my life... And I swear that she is gonna pay for it...
