September 4, 1992...
Bianca and Pearl were in their super cute bedroom! Pearl had on this amazing rainbow tee with white socks and Mary Janes - so sporty and fun! And Bianca was looking so chic in her collared blouse and high-waisted jeans with pink socks and chunky loafers. Pearl looked just like Sporty Spice and Bianca was channeling Scary Spice vibes. It's like a tween fashion dream come true!
They realized they hadn't spent time with their brothers in a while, so they walked to their shared bedroom.
"Barnacles," Bianca said
"Shellington," Pearl said
The room was filled with posters of rockstars from the 1990s and comic books. Two beds were situated on opposite sides of the room with a stack of comic books on each one. Shellington was munching on apple slices while wearing baggy jeans with patches, a white t-shirt under a flannel green shirt, and gray socks. Barnacles sported some Levi jeans, a navy blue sweater, and black socks. Their shoes were neatly placed beside their beds. It was a dream bedroom for any boy who loves comics and action heroes.
After briefly glancing at their sisters, Bianca and Pearl turned their attention to their comic books and took them away.
"HEY!" Barnacles and Shellington said at the same time
The girls just nonchalantly put their stupid comic books on our dresser and walked away like it was no big deal.
"What," Shellington blurred out "Are you two on your periods or something?"
Pearl rolled her eyes, "First off we're not on our periods,"
"Second, you two need to spend more time with us," Bianca huffed
Barnacles hop out of his bed and look at the two girls.
"We are not going to do makeovers with you!" Barnacles snapped "Makeovers are like drugs to you girls. I mean you have to put on a lot of layers of foundation, concealer, and powder. You girls always pack it in when comes to eye shadow and mascara, not to mention blush, and finally; you girls always give either the brightest or darkest shade of lipstick and it doesn't even look good on you two or us."
The heated debate between the four individuals was reaching a boiling point. As Sanda and Molly listened in, they could feel the tension in the air and knew that something had to be done before things got out of hand.
"What's going on?" Sanda said as she put her paws on her hips "What's with the argument?"
Barnacles and Shellington looked away and crossed their arms and had annoyed expressions on their face, Pearl and Bianca looked at their mothers
"Our brothers won't play with us," Bianca said
"We don't want to play with Barbies or have a makeover," Barnacles snapped
Pearl turns to Barnacles with a hurt expression on her face, her eyes filled with disappointment and resentment. She looks at him as if he has broken her trust and shattered her heart, like a friend who has betrayed her.
"We're not speaking to you, trader!!!" Pearl shouted
"You two shut up!" Shellington said in an annoyed tone
Molly whistled, grabbing the attention of the polar bear twins, Pearl and Shellington. They knew it was time to settle things once and for all.
"Bianca...Pearl..." Molly said, "we wanted to have a little chat with you both."
the boys both crashed onto their beds as if they were bricks. The two tween girls gathered in the living room.
"Bianca...Pearl..." Molly started "Girls, you know how boys can be. They like their rough-and-tumble play. But you girls, You like your dolls and makeup. Now, I don't mean to be offensive or sexist, but it's just the way things are. Your brothers are going through puberty and they need their own space to grow."
"Do you two understand what we're trying to say?" Sanda explained, "Your brothers need their own privacy. But aside from what Molly said; you two and Barnacles and Shellington need to work out how you two can get along without arguing. Do you two understand?"
Bianca and Pearl looked at each other and then looked at their mothers and they nodded their heads in agreement and let their brothers be boys, Molly and Sanda kissed their foreheads and went to a different room. The two girls went upstairs to their brothers' shared room before they opened they knocked first.
"Go away, Bianca and Pearl..." Barnacles shouted, "We're not in the mood."
The girls then stopped and thought for a minute. What is the quickest way to a man's heart? Then it hit them. They went back downstairs to the kitchen. a few moments later the two boys heard another knock on the door,
"We said we're not in the mood," Shellington said in an annoyed tone
But Bianca and Pearl just came into the room anyway, Barnacles and Shellington looked at their sister and were about to chase them out, but they saw something in their sister's paws
"Is that..." Barnacles said as he pointed out
"Maragan Vanilla Pudding..." Pearl smiled
They were holding two bowls of vanilla pudding and two spoons, they gave them to them and their brothers hugged and kissed their sisters and started to eat the pudding. Bianca and Pearl sat next to them and smiled as they saw them happy as they ate the pudding with a calm smile.
