It's night and here we can see nandini who was looking out of the window as she felt a little different today, she don't know why but she felt happy as if something will happen but she wonder if its a good thing or bad too, but she looks happy rather than sad

It's morning and nandini woke up and seeing her kids she smile, and caress their hair as she made her way to the bathroom to freshen up.

She saw the time and sigh, she have to go to the hospital as she need to make arrangements for the patient who is none other than manik which she didn't know as yet, and will soon come to know though

She called the doctor who had sent manik and ask him to tell the patient to come today at 8 ,she left a message to mukti and abhi and went her way

At the other end Raj attended the doctor call and became happy, he told manik and cabir the same

In India we can see a man who was in an area that looks like a street fighting is going on and we can see him fighting someone
If we look closely the man nose was bleeding and was punching another man mercilessly without caring about if that other man is alive or not. He stopped when he punch that guy and he fell down on the ground without taking a breath meaning he is dead lol

Here nandini walks in her cabin and she take a seat, and as she was about to open manik file which the doctor send on her computer ,there was a knocked at her door which made her look up ,and she saw one of her colleague ,a nurse who came to know that the patient which is manik is waiting at the waiting area

Nandini - tell them to come in my cabin before you leave
Listening this the nurse smile and went her way

Soon enough a knock was heard ,and nandini says to come in, she doesn't know why but her heart beat was raising, and same with manik

Here Raj came in and nandini told to sit, and as nandini and Raj was talking about manik, manik entered along with cabir who was pushing the wheelchair

And that's the moment manik eyes stop as he saw nandini, but cabir didn't see her as yet. Manik couldn't help but whisper nandini

Here nandini heart began to race, she could feel his presence but chucked it as she was in deep discussion with Raj

As Raj finish talking with nandini he told nandini that his son is outside ,and before he could go to call manik ,he heard cabir voice saying they are here already

Nandini look up and that's the moment she couldn't believe what she is seeing, her manik infront of her sight ,along with cabir too

Cabir was in the same condition seeing nandini, just then their trance was broke when they heard a noise and everyone look to see manik on the floor

Manik had fell as he was trying to reach to nandini

Nandini shouted manik?, and ran up to help him
Here Raj was confused.....
