Once an honest cop fighting to clean up a corrupted city, Damon was betrayed and murdered by his own partner, who was on the payroll of the city's most powerful crime lord. His soul, instead of reaching peace, was intercepted by Velgoura, who offered him purpose, power, and revenge. Driven by heartbreak and the longing to see his beloved once more, Damon agreed to become Velgoura's general — his personal harvester of cursed souls.
Resurrected after 5 years as a Sin Eater, one of the weakest species of Hell, Damon returns to a world that has moved on. His beloved is now married to a devout Christian man and has a child — Sasaki Sanura. Seeing Sasaki awakens a twisted mixture of love, envy, and grief within him. He believes he's owed the life that was stolen from him, and this war is his chance to take it back... or destroy it.
Powers: The more souls he collects, the more powerful he becomes, his evolution from one of Hell's weakest creatures into Velgoura's most terrifying general. His progression can be built around three resources: Sin — harvested corruption used for powers. Soul Energy — fuel for supernatural abilities. And Hellforce — the deeper demonic energy he eventually learns to generate himself. TIER 0 — THE WRETCHED SIN EATER Damon begins as an exceptionally weak demon. He possesses almost none of the legendary abilities associated with higher demons. Passive Skills -Demonic Physiology: Doesn't require normal human food, water, or sleep. Naturally resistant to disease. Can survive injuries that would kill humans. Possesses enhanced senses. -Hellish Constitution: Increased stamina. Increased pain tolerance. Resistance to extreme temperatures. Minor resistance to supernatural attacks. -Soul Sight: Allows Damon to see souls. Can perceive supernatural beings. Can see spiritual corruption surrounding people. Basic Abilities: -Sin Consumption: Absorbs small quantities of negative spiritual energy. Temporarily strengthens Damon. His primary method of gaining progression. -Cursed Bite: Damon can physically damage supernatural beings with his teeth. Although as he doesn't possess a mouth he must rip his skin open to bare his teeth. -Hellfire Spark: Produces a tiny amount of demonic flame. -Soul Grip: Can physically grab weak spirits. -Infernal Healing: Slowly regenerates minor wounds by consuming Sin.
TIER 1 — CURSED HARVESTER Damon begins actively hunting souls for Velgoura. -Sin Extraction: Pulls corruption out of a person's soul. Can weaken corrupted supernatural beings. -Soul Harvest: Defeated enemies release Soul Energy. Soul Energy becomes Damon's primary experience resource. -Corruption Feeding: The more sinful the target, the greater the energy gained. -Soul Tracking: Damon can track a person's spiritual signature across enormous distances. -Demonic Strength: Superhuman strength. -Demonic Speed: Enhanced reflexes and movement. -Infernal Endurance: Can fight for hours without tiring. -Hellfire Punch: Coats his fists in Hellfire. -Infernal Firearm: Damon creates a pair of demonic energy pistols. -Soul Rounds: Ammunition damages the target's spirit as well as their body. -Execution Shot: A charged shot that becomes more powerful against weakened enemies.
