~Rocky's POV~
As we pulled into the realtors office, Casie and I were discussing our preferences for the house. We want between 4 and 6 rooms and around 3 baths considering how big my family is. We want a fenced in yard with a pool if possible, and we want to stay close to Littleton if possible. Harriet, the realtor said she had some houses in mind. We packed in the car and shortly arrived at the first house....
6 houses down and still nothing...Casie is becoming slightly frustrated because she just wants to have the perfect house for us and our future kids to grow in. Harriet pulls up in a circle driveway and Casie's eyes light up at the view.
"This is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath house and comes equipped with a home security system and a swimming pool and jacuzzi out back. It's not fenced however it is surrounded by woods and can be fenced at a later time" Harriet says smiling as we walk in and immediately fall in love.
"How much is it may I ask?" Casie speaks up in awe.
"$90,000 is the asking price but we can put a bid in for 85,000 because this house has been on the market because you would have to homeschool your children up to grade 6 or enroll them in the local private school. " Harriet explains.
I don't even second guess this and since Casie is in love with this house l, the words travel right from my lips.
"We'll take it!" I say kissing my lovely fiancée to be on the cheek.
