As we started walking down the hallway, various furs started welcoming me back. I thanked the ones who welcomed me, and then me and Josh split up to go to our lockers. The day went on normally, and I got my work that I had to make up. I know I say that about every day pretty much, but nothing really interesting happens when I do say that.

The time to head over to the locker room for P.E. rolled around, so we all left the classroom, put our stuff away, and went to the locker room. Eventually, we were all standing outside the locker room door, waiting for the coach or whatever. There was a window set that gave us a view of the blacktop and an entry way. We had nothing to do, so of course some had to start messing around. I tried to stay out of the way, and just gazed out the window. The coach got here a couple minutes later and let us in. Apparently very few of us have patience, because everyone else stormed in the room. We all got in, and started changing into our gym clothes. I tried to get out quickly because I knew there would be another wave bursting through that exit door sooner or later. I managed to be the first one out, and thank god. I began walking around the blacktop, until I saw Josh walk out. I started walking really slow so he could get to where I was. He caught up and we started talking about random stuff, I don't know. Occasionally someone would say they're glad I'm back, even though I didn't know most of them, but it was nice of them. I saw Elliot's gang, and they flashed us the most murderous glares one could imagine. I tried to keep me and Josh on the most opposite side of the court from them as possible. Soon we were doing exercises like push ups and crap like that. After a half hour of that, our teacher said we were going to play dodge ball. I haven't played that in years and I don't know why we are now. I had no problem with dodge ball, I was actually kind of excited, but my heart dropped when I saw Elliot's friends smiling at me. You could obviously tell they were planning something not good.

I guess Josh saw the same thing I saw.

"Don't worry, I got you." he said reassuringly.

I awkwardly laughed.
Josh did pretty good, actually. We both won three rounds. Heh. After about ten more rounds, we went back inside to the locker room and started changing into our regular clothes. Then suddenly everyone was at their lockers, getting their stuff and heading to the bus. I got everything I needed, and headed to the bus. It was the last bus in the line, just like always. I put my earbuds in my ears and almost fell asleep. I looked up from my phone and out the window towards the blacktop. Standing there and looking back was Elliot's friends. Okay, this is scaring me. I anxiously waited for Josh. Pretty soon he got on the bus. I looked back to the blacktop and they were still there. As Josh sat down, I pointed to the blacktop.

"Josh, look, they've been standing there for who-knows-how-long." I said.

"Who?" Josh asked.

I looked back. They weren't there. Oh, I see. They're trying to make me feel like I'm seeing things; that I'm going crazy.

"Elliot's friends were standing right there. On the blacktop! I swear." I said, distressed.

"Well that's odd."

Eventually, I fell asleep with my head on Josh's shoulder.

"Dominic, come on, the bus is here."

"I-I'm up, I'm up."

We started walking to our houses, and kissed goodbye. I saw there was a letter on my porch. I put it on the kitchen table and started working on my make up work. After an hour, I remembered the letter. I stopped working for the rest of the night, and opened the letter. It was for me.

"Lock your doors."

I dropped the letter in shock.
