Calum would be at the cash register, scanning and ringing the items and mostly trying to impress the ladies. He's one charismatic sucker so he'll flash a cute smile or drop a pick up line that made the ladies melt and swoon. It could be his boyish looks, or his unruly hair or that one smile he'd flash specifically for the good looking girls.

hem hem::

Luke would be walking around the store, asking customers if they need any help. He'd be very awkward, especially around very attractive girls. He'd stumble his words and trip over his two feet, he tends to be playing with the action figures at the toy aisle when there's not much customers or when he's bored but unlike Calum, he sucks at flirting. Or even making a sentence when in the presence of a pretty lady.

Ashton would surprisingly be the one who takes his job seriously. He'd try to keep the three boys in check, making sure all the customers leave with a smile on their faces. He'd be the friendly one, cracking jokes here and there or complimenting them. So, it is no different when he meets some very nice looking girls so he'd step up his game, flashing that megawatt smile he knew would make even the grumpiest grandma happy.

Michael would probably be at the hair product aisle, figuring out which colour to dye next or he'd be at the video gaming aisle, playing with sample displays just to pass the time. Or, he'd wander off to the music aisle and just recommend ATL or MCR or The 1975 to customers and he'll also be singing softly to whatever is playing on the radio, earning compliments from customers, mostly giggly girls.
