{You'll Never Know} An Andy Brown Imagine
"Andy.." She sighed defeatedly, wringing her hands nervously. Andy looked up at her with apprehension in his eyes, he knew that tone. That tone is the "make-it-or-break-it" tone, she would only use it when she and Andy had hit a rough patch, and this is one really rough patch. "I think we should see other people." Andy simply screwed his eyes shut, not wanting this nightmare to unravel. "It's just.. We're too busy with our lives we don't even seem to bother with our relationship.." She explained as she watched the Scouser silently nod along with what she said. There are so many things he wanted to say, but the words are lodged in his throat. "I mean, maybe this is a sign.. A sign that what we had was special but it wasn't meant to be." Andy opened his eyes and eyed her, memories of their special love ran through his brain, how they fell in love slowly but surely, how much fun they had with their many adventures. He also remembered the fights, the walking out, the sleepless nights.. How it came to the two of them standing in front of each other, silent yet loud.
Months passed, Andy tried to move on, truly he did, but when you're trying to move on from two years of dating, it gets hard. Andy mostly drank a beer and pluck on his guitar in his room, his bandmates tried and tried again to get him out of his sad lump but Andy refused. While plucking the guitar, a thought struck him, he never wanted to move on. He wanted what he had before things went wrong, he wanted her. He found a scrap of paper around his room, a pencil and got to work.
Soon, he finished the lyrics and the chords to a brand new song. He tapped the pencil against his scruffed beard, thinking on a title for the song, reading through the lyrics one more time, his eyes set on the phrase "you'll never know" and immediately penciled it on the paper. He sighed and hoped to heaven that his song might reach her ears.
