I tried to draw Chibi Prussia but I made it so far off-scale from the original picture that I couldn't draw the hair properly and it looked like crap in the end 。・゜・(ノД')・゜・。
So just... I'm gonna try a different character. Suggested by you fabulous people in the comments.
