In this chapter we see SpongeBob wearing Mermaid Man costume and Patrick who wears Barnacle Boy costume. Sadly, Y/N absent who has to do something at home. SpongeBob and Patrick excited watching on tv as the voice came on.

"Mermaid Man! Fleet and forceful. With the ability to assemble and charge the creatures of the deep." 

He says as we see a hammerhead shark tries to eat two schools of fish but failed.

Young Adult Mermaid Man: "By the power of Neptune!"

He said as Barnacle Joins beside him. 

"Mermaid Man, with his young associate Barnacle Boy, fights for all creatures who live in the sea, against the forces of evil."

Then action starts as Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy strike their rings they each hold on their right hands. They create a whirlpool aimed at Clam Head Candy Cad. A baby is crying at her highchair.

A villain named Clam Head Candy Cad holding a lollipop but then notice a whirlpool coming towards him.

Clam Head Candy Cad: "Oh, no, not the Raging Whirlpool!" 

Panicking as the whirlpool catches him and the lollipop falls on the baby's tongue happily.

"Mermaid Man! Champion of the deep."

Mermaid Man throws a water ball at the screen, revealing the production logo "MermaidMan & BarnacleBoy."

SpongeBob and Patrick cheers celebration as they start the act.

SpongeBob: "Come on, Barnacle Boy, there's evil afoot."

Patrick: "Leaping lampreys, Mermaid Man, I'm right behind you!"

They come outside and sneak behind Squidward's house, then take a peek at Squidward, who is relaxing on a lounge chair wearing sunglasses.

SpongeBob: "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy spotted their arch enemy, Reflecto, up to no good."

Squidward lift his sunglasses up to his forehead wondering if he hears SpongeBob but wasn't there then lower back down to his eyes.

SpongeBob: "You know what this means?"
He pulls out a box of three donuts as Patrick at them smiling.

Patrick: "Donuts!"

SpongeBob / Patrick: "Ooooooooooohh."

Both of them take one donut each and put them on their fingers like rings.

SpongeBob: "By the power of Neptune."

Patrick takes bites into his donut and raises the air.

SpongeBob and Patrick: *puts donuts together* Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, unite!"

SpongeBob: Creatures of the deep, assemble! *both of them go deep thinking* Think... harder... Barnacle Boy... Here they come!"

A jellyfish passed them, then went towards Squidward, only for him to blow it away.
