Twins: Falling in Love

Chapter 6:

Astrid's POV:

I sorta-kinda feel bad about what I said to Hiccup.

Well, for starters when Emma and I were about 5 it was our first time seeing both twin boys. We instantly feel in love with them both but, I liked Hiccup more. The four of us were friends for 5 years. Then, Snotlout, Ruffnut, Tuffnut, and Fishlegs moved to the village.

When, the four of us turned 10 the other teens started to pick on David and Hiccup because of there size. Emma and I toke the chance to prove we were tough. So, we started to ignore the twin boys for 5 years.

But, in the process Emma and I got to be closer friends with Snotlout, Ruff, Tuff, and Fishlegs. But, Snotlout became our non-friend when we turned 15. We both felt bad to how the boys were being treated.

But, instead of trying to 'say sorry' we just focused more on our training to be killer vikings. We're still focused on being that now.

"Astrid to Thor did you even hear what I just said?" whispered Emma snapping back to reality.

"Huh? What did you say?" I asked.

We were all sitting around a fire cooking meat.

"I said do you want to follow Hiccup and David or not?" Emma said.

"No, but you can if you want, too." I said.

"Ok, well night if I come home late." Emma whispered while getting up to leave.

David's POV:

"These tails are going to be so AWESOME for the dragons." Hiccup said.

Hiccup and I were starting on making Toothless's and Shadow's new tails.

We were both in the forge working until, someone said my name.

"David, you here?" said a female voice. Wait, that's Emma's voice.

"Hey, Emma long time no see. Or talk," I said.

"Yeah, sorry about ignoring you for 5 years I swear I wanted to talk. But, well Astrid told me to remember what's important. Also, about earlier today I was in mad viking mode. Could you possibly forgive me, David." She asked with pleading eyes.

Man, her eyes were a beautiful purple with a hint of dark blue. Also, her dazzling hair was in a braid to the left.

"Thor to David,"

"Huh, wait what?"

"Do you forgive me or not?" Emma said to me again.

"Oh, yeah. I need to actually ask you a question." I said.

"Fire away ,David."

"Well, uh... do you uh... want to uh... go out on a walk with me sometime?" I said while scratching the back of my neck.

Emma's POV:

Yes! Yes! Yes! Finally, he asks me! Calm yourself! Breathe in, breathe out!

"Well," He added.

"I would love to David. Meet you in the woods tomorrow around 3-ish?" I said.

"See you then," He said with a wink. I don't remember this side of him before. I love it!

"Bye," I said while blushing.

I walked back to my house in a happy mood.

Hiccup's POV:

I kept on working on the tails for the dragons.

Until, my happy-looking brother walked back into the forge.

"Well, someone looks happy." I said.

"Yeah, well I got the guts and asked out Emma to go on a walk with me tomorrow after Dragon training." David said filled with glee.

"At least you got the nice one. I got the stubborn one. Wait, never mind their BOTH stubborn. I got the mean one." I said while smirking.

"Don't worry just remember 'one day'." He said.

"Yeah, done!" I said.

"Now we can go home and sleep." David said. I chuckled.
