Twins: Falling in Love

Chapter 18:

Hiccup's POV:

David and I are on Emma and Astrid's dragons flying towards the burning ships. I was with Astrid while, David of coarse was with Emma.

"Hiccup! Here they are!" David yelled pointing to a ship that was slightly burning.

I flew over towards him. There indeed was our dragons Toothless and Shadow tied/chained up in the burning boat. I motioned for David to follow my lead to get Toothless and Shadow.

The girls hovered close enough to the boats so we could jump on too the decks that held our dragons captive. We jumped and rolled skillfully as we landed onto the boats deck.

"Go help the others!" David and I yelled to the girls. Then the girls flew back to the dragon fight.

David and I tried to unlock the locked latch's that were holding down both dragons. We were struggling.

The queen dragon did't help at all because she happened to slam her boulder-like tail onto the ship decks destroying them which caused both dragons to start sinking to the bottom of the ocean.

David and I swam into the dark water towards our dragons. I tried to get Toothless out of his harness but lost consciousness because I couldn't breathe. I felt myself being tugged towards the surface but who ever was bringing me back to the air lost their grip on me.

My guess was David tried to save me but lost all the air he had himself. This was going to be the death of Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the third. At least I got to die a hero along side my brother David Dreadful Haddock the second. 

But, suddenly I felt a strong arm pulling me towards the surface. A few seconds later I landed hard on a rock which pushed out all the water in my lungs. I looked to see who saved me and noticed it was my dad before he went back into the water. I looked to my left and saw David coughing up water.

"David, you okay?" I asked patting his back.

"Yeah... I tried to save you... but ended up not saving myself." He said trying to make a joke.

Next, thing that happened was that Toothless and Shadow bursting out of the water with our dad in their grasps. They dropped him on the ground with a slight thud. They landed a few meters away. They looked at us and pointed their heads towards the battle.

"You got it!" David and I said in unison as we both ran towards them and got hooked onto the saddles.

Before, we flew off our dad grabbed our hands. "Boys... I'm sorry." He apologized.

"It's okay. We're not much of a pair of murderous vikings that hold a grudge." I said with David nodding in agreement.

"Go save them, boys!" Dad yelled as we flew off.

"Let's go save people, Hiccup!" David yelled as we drew closer to the battle.

Astrid's POV:

I was hovering on Stormfly with Emma hovering close next to me on her dragon Midnight. I was keeping my eyes open to see when Hiccup and David would start flying back towards the battle on Toothless and Shadow.

"There up!!" Emma screamed.

Hiccup is alright!! Thank Thor!! Oh... David is okay, too!

They both flew towards the queen and started firing plasma blasts at her. Emma and I were watching Hiccup and David only but their shooting caused the queen to scare Stormfly and Midnight. After they got spooked Emma and I started falling towards the ground 200 feet below us.

Luckily, Hiccup and David caught us both in our mid-air death fall.

"Go," I muttered to myself as they dropped us both on the ground safely. As they flew off back towards the Red Death.

So yeah I got inspired to write a chapter for Twins and look what happened!! XD
