Twins: Falling in Love

Chapter 21:

Hiccup's POV:

People of Berk have been slowly trying out dragons for the past six months since the Red Death incident.

David and I started the Dragon Academy. We both teach the gang how to use/fly their dragons.

But, right now Berk was under siege by Alvin the Treacherous with Dagur the Dragon-Slayer and the Berserkers. Alvin the Treacherous was the chief of the Berserkers on Outcast Island. Dagur the Dragon-Slayer claims David and I are his brothers but in reality we really aren't. The Berserkers were the villagers of Outcast Island.

"Hiccup, what's the plan?" David asked me.

"Well.. everyone except Emma follow David and start a Fire-Shot-Line! Aim it towards Alvin and the Berserkers! Emma, help me find Dugur so we can save the hostage he claims he has!" I yelled getting a quick plan in my head.

"Be safe everyone!" David yelled right before we went separate ways. I really think that was more towards Emma then anyone else. My protective twin brother.. aww.

'Focus, Hiccup!'

Emma and I flew towards the cove. We landed there and got off our dragons with weapons raised.

"Hiccup, look their's smoke coming from the cove over there." Emma said gesturing to it with her ax.

We walked towards the cave slowly. I peeked in through the entrance.

Dugur was starring at the fire with his back to the cave entrance. Emma pointed out a girl who was tied up in the corner of the cave. She was unconscious from the looks of her bruises.

"Emma, I'm going to lead Dugur away. You get that girl and take her to Gothi. Promise?" I whispered.

"Okay... b-be careful. Astrid will murder me if you  don't come back alive." she whispered.

"Okay? Here goes... hey Dagur!" I yelled jumping into the entrance way.

I scared him a little. He stood up from the ground where he landed when I scared him. "Brother... I was waiting for you to show up. Where's David  our other brother?" he asked walking slowly towards me. with his sword scrapping the ground.

"One thing David and I aren't your brothers. Second he's destroying the Berserker army. Third is that your going to lose." I replied before running  high tail with Dagur behind me for the cove entrance where Toothless is hiding to get me away before Dagur can hurt me. Also to capture Dagur so we can put him in prison.

Emma's POV:

"Okay, Hiccup and Dagur are gone come on Midnight." I replied walking into the cave.

I went over to the girl tied up and shook her a little bit. She moved a little but didn't say anything.

"Midnight, come here boy." He walked over and crouched down next to me where I could put the girl on his saddle after I untied her.

I got on Midnight when he left the cove. I held the girl as Midnight flew back to town.

I got back to town and toke the girl straight to Gothi.

I waited outside Gothi's hut. I could see the gang except Hiccup finishing off the Berserkers because they were retreating from Gothi's hut on the highest point in the village. "Midnight, go find David tell him to meet me at Gothi's hut." I said as I tied a note to his nose horn.

I turned around and Gothi was standing outside her huts door.

"Hey, Gothi how's the girl?" I asked.

She drew a few symbols in the dirt. It meant the girl was fine and wanted to talk to me.

"Okay," I said as the girl walked outside. "Hey, Gothi told me you wanted to talk to me?"

"Yeah... I'm Heather. Thank you for saving me. It means a lot. I thought Dagur was going to kill me!" The girl Heather replied.

"No problem. What village do you live in because I've never seen you around Berk before?" I asked.

"I can't remember my village its been forever since I've been there..." she replied.

"Well for now you can live here at Berk... come on I can introduce you to my boyfriend his brother and my friends." I said walking down the stairs that our leading back to town from Gothi's hut. Heather followed me.

"Hey, beautiful need a lift?" David asked grinning hovering on Shadow. "And other lady?"

"Toke you long enough babe. This is Heather she was Dagur's hostage." I replied as Heather and I sat behind David.

He made Shadow fly to the gang that were in the middle of town.

"Guys, where is Hiccup?" I asked the gang when we landed next to them.

"Don't worry Emma he's right there." Fishlegs replied pointing to the sky.

"Good," I said hugging David.

Hiccup landed near Astrid. "Sorry for scaring you Emma. Great job team. You must have been Dagur's captive nice to meet you." Hiccup said waving to Heather. 

I looked to my sis and she looked sooooo jealous.

Okay, keep note that Astrid is jealous of Heather. 

"Might want to do something before your sis does." David whispered to me.

"Let's do that team hand thing where we all place our hands in the middle and throw our hands in the air!" I said holding Astrid from tackling Heather.

Everyone agreed so I let Astrid go and went back next to David. We did the handshake as the sunset went down on Berk.

I looked at David and he said 'the words'. 

"I love you," he whispered.

"R-r-really-y-y? I love you, too." I whispered back kissing his cheek.

Who would have thought I'd be falling in love?

David's POV:

I said 'the words'. And she said them back.

Who would've thought I'd be falling in love?
