#-#-Stella's POV-#-#

As I walked into the school, I knew...somehow...that this place was going to be different from the old one.

At the old one, I didn't stand out. Others had dyed hair. And wore black. And liked bands. And I didn't look completely weird.

I stand out now. Me in my band shirt, black skinny jeans and blue hair. Well, blue-black. But still blue.

And when I arrived here, I knew it was going to be different. After all, kids are...normal here. Kids don't have dyed hair, except for light brown or black. But thats normal for the...hipsters. Kids are wearing shorts and various shirts like 'I Woke Up Like This'.

Bitch, you didn't.

Sit the fuck down.

As soon as people started to notice my existence, I knew I was fucked. I heard the whispering, the laughing, the mocking. I just avoided their gazes and kept walking, paying attention to what was playing in my ears.

Na na na na, na na na na, na na na na na na na

I am aware that I am an asshole

I really don't care about all of that though

Na na na na, na na na na

I've got nothing to prove

Na na na na, na na na na

But honestly I'm just like you

Oh, Ronnie. You know me so well. I walked to the office, got my schedule and began to walk to my first hour. People kept talking and snickering, noticing the new "emo" kid.

But it wasn't until I noticed a boy with ringed tattoos staring at me.

It was at lunch time. I sat alone. Like I usually did at my old school. Just because there was people like me, it didn't mean that I was friends with them.

Usually, they sat there and talked to each other about whatever they liked.

And here I am, sitting alone and listening to Fall Out Boy.

Douse yourself in cheap perfume it's
So fitting, so fitting of the way you are
You can't cover it up
Can't cover it up
So douse yourself in cheap perfume it's so
So fitting, so fitting of the way you are
You can't cover it up
Can't cover it up, no

Thats true, Patrick. They do that. They do cover themselves in it to hide their true selves.

A touch to my shoulder catches me off guard, making me jump suddenly. I turn around, seeing that same ringed tattoo guy. He smiled awkwardly at me, as if he didn't want to be talking to me...but he was forced to. "Hello." He says, looking down at the ground.

"Hi. What's up?"

"Well...um...My name's Tyler. My friend can't stop looking at you."

Um...wow...um...this is new.

"Can you come talk to him? He's kinda obsessed."

"Sure."

"To warn you, he's depressed about his sister. So, just don't mention anything about her and you'll be fine."

"Alright. I can do that."

"Thank you so much."

I walk over with him, noticing his friend. He had shaggy pink hair and was looking down at his phone. He didn't notice that I walked up with Tyler until I heard him say,  "I knew that you'd fail, Ty. She's too good for me."

"Um, Josh."

Josh's his name.

Good to know.

Josh looks up before noticing that I was standing there in my Fall Out Boy shirt and blue hair.

"Oh. Hi."
