Chapter 15

On Set

Jessica's P.O.V

I woke up noticing I only had a couple days left till I leave. Dang. Time flies!

I got up and walked in to see Jake eating popcorn on the couch with one of his friends was it really that late!? I checked the time, 1:30! I guess that's what I get for not going to sleep till 3 last night.

"Jess!" Someone screams.
I turn around to see Alissa, one of Jakes friends I haven't seen in forever. "Alisssaaaa!" I scream.
She jumps off the couch and gives me a huge hug, "Oh my gosh I haven't seen you in ages girl! How's it been!?"
"Its been good," I say back, "how about you!?"
"Its great!" She replies.
I give her another hug and then sit down next to her on the couch.

"What are we watching?" I ask.
"I have no clue," Jake starts. "Its something about penguins."
I roll my eyes and reach for the popcorn and take a handful. I've been eating way to much these past days. I needed to slow down.

I ate the hand full and went back to my room to get ready.

I looked at my phone to see if I'd gotten any texts and I had. It was from my friend back home.

Alanna: Hey where have you been!? You haven't been at cheer in forever! I thought you were coming back!?

I quickly shut it off and was going to reply later because I had to think of what to say. I couldn't say I was in therapy and had to quit and then I had to go to L.A. to visit and audition and go to meetings! I would sound so stuck up and wimpy.

After I got ready I decided I'd go with Jake and Alissa to see them shoot a music video.
Apparently the guy said they could bring me but I don't know why they asked in the first place.

Once we had gotten there I looked around. I had been on set before but not in a long time and it was amazing. I loved the feeling so much.

They both went and put on makeup and there attire they needed and headed out onto set. They had me take some videos to give there fans a sneak peak which I didn't mind because it was so much fun.

Afterwards I was tired. Don't stay up till 5am on set that you aren't even in. Its very tiring.
Plus you when youre fourteen and can't drive home your kinda screwed and stuck there.

But soon we got home and I didn't even bother to take off my makeup or clothes I just jumped in my bed. And fell right to sleep.

I woke up the next morning to five missed phone calls and 22 text messages. I looked to see who called and one was from Grayson, another Ethan, one Jake, and two from my mom. Then I checked my texts, 3 from Alanna, two from Ethan, four Grayson, seven Logan, and five from Jake.

Alana just asked if I had gotten her texts. Ethan told me they were leaving today, Grayson said he wanted to hangout and that they were leaving today, Logan said he was dropping off the Dolans at the airport and Jake said the same.

I then looked at the clock. It was 2:00! I was so shocked I had slept this late! I had pretty much missed the whole day and I didn't even get to say bye to the Dolans. I wasn't very happy but I was so tired.

I texted everyone back and made up an excuse for Alanna saying I got to busy and I quit. I told Ethan sorry that I had just woken up and bye. I told Logan and Jake okay and I told Grayson that I had just waken up and I promised I'd hangout with him soon.

I would... I hope.

So sorry I haven't updated. I will try and update this Sunday. I wrote this really fast. Sorry if its crappy.
