I wish

Jessica's P.O.V

Oh my gosh today was fun. I laided down on my bed and stared up at the ceiling.

Gosh Grayson was cute but he kept looking at me. I mean no one had ever done that to me. Well I guess they have but it was always because of my gross frizzy hair that couldn't be tamed or my wild outfit that I just couldn't get to work.

But he just stares at me and there's a different feeling then hate. It's something I haven't felt before and being the fourteen year old that I am I don't know what it is.

It's actually kinda cute. I smiled at that. It was cute. He was cute. Actually no he was gorgeous. But then again why would he ever like a girl like me.

I flipped over to my side which was more comfortable.

I wonder who he likes. And what she's like. She's probably gorgeous.

Hmmm... I wish. I wish I could be skinny, and pretty, and have style, and be funny, and have a cute laugh, and a nice personality, and be athletic, and... Just be perfect.
Wow... That's a wish that will never come true.

I turned to my other side.
I was really starting to get tired now. I really wanted to fall asleep but my mind was racing like usual and falling asleep just wasn't gonna happen.

I pulled off the covers and got up. Maybe if I listened to some music I'd be able to fall asleep. I usually draw when I'm like this but I'm to tired for that.

I went to my purse to search for my ear buds. Once I pulled them out I went back to my bed and grabbed my phone that was plugged into the wall right next to my bed. I put the ear buds in and went to shuffle.

Of course Shawn Mendes came on. He had such good music and it was so relatable.

'Aftertaste' blasted through my head and I laid down and closed my eyes. I drifted off thinking about nothing but Shawn's lyrics and of course Grayson Dolan.
