Behind Closed Doors

Chapter 9

     Every time Bella, Tiffany, and Asia went to the mall or anywhere, there was always somebody trying to talk to all three of them. Multiple guys were trying to get Bella attention but she just wasn't feeling it. Bella, Tiffany, and Asia all went to sit down at the food court because they were tired of walking. Bella and Tiffany were sitting down at the table and didn't even notice Asia wondered off. In the middle of Bella's and Tiffany conversation, Bella heard a guy say "Bella !" She looked over at him and just looked away, she didn't feel like being bothered.
The guy was not taking that so he called her over there and Bella and Tiffany just looked at each other and laughed. Bella got up and went over to Asia and the other two guys. This guy was tall, light skin, and was very attractive. "So you was just going to ignore me?" said the boy. Laughing, "no that's not what I was doing" said Bella.
The boy started to ask how old she was and where was she from. When he asked for her number Bella gave it to him. Usually Bella gives every other guy a fake number and never a real one. Bella and the guy kept smiling at each other and Bella just kept laughing because she didn't know what to say. Bella kind of got out that conversation because it was awkward but the guy made her follow his Instagram before she left and she did.
Asia kept telling Bella to talk to him but she didn't really think anything of it because there was still Chris there, she didn't want to leave him even though she was so hurt. Asia and Tiffany could not stand Chris because of how he treated Bella but Chris wasn't too found of them either. Bella didn't want to start over with anybody because she felt like her and Chris has made it so far. Later that night the guy from the mall texted her but they didn't really have conversation because he asked her did she want a relationship and she told him no. His response to that was just "ok" so she didn't reply after that.
Bella never knew his name until she looked at his Instagram and figured out it was Brian. She found him really attractive but she didn't want to get involved with him and then get back right with Chris, it wouldn't be fair for either of the guys. So she got Brian out of her head. Asia told Bella that Brian got hurt literally that same night, Brian's very close friend told her. Asia was still trying to get Bella to talk to him but she just couldn't.
     Asia and Tiffany did not know that Bella and Chris had fixed things that exact night. Bella decided not to tell them anything else about him and just kept it to herself. Bella decided to make it seem like she was completely done with him because she was tired of her friends telling her she deserve better, even though she knew they were right. Tiffany was the one out of the group who has never actually had an official boyfriend. She has never been the relationship type.
     Out of nowhere Tiffany sent Bella and Asia a message that she was taken. They thought it was a joke and couldn't believe what they were reading. Asia and Bella were so happy for her they had to tweet about it. Chris didn't like how Bella tweeted "Now Asia it's our turn". Bella told Chris "I have every right to tweet that because I'm not in a relationship".
Bella constantly says she's not in a relationship to make Chris hurry up and ask her back out. "I have to get all this college stuff ready first, I don't have time for a girlfriend right now". Bella is very understanding and tries as hard as she can to be patient with him but she feels like her patience is running out. Everything is just whatever to her at this point. She don't even care if they get back together or not because he always has an excuse.
