Why walk when you can run

Soaking wet
Covered in the trickled sporadical feeling that being lured presents to your inner workings
Either dry and dying or drowning while living
People grow things change and yet
The sifting of our sand has simply been put to rest

We are not yet left with diamonds

And though I think I can see a beam through the rubble
I'm sure all you can see is the lack of clarity
And I don't understand it
Your want for simplicity
For the large things on a small scheme
For any found gem to be treated like any modest rock
To toss over intrigue in the day and turn over intrigue at night
How you look to the East when the thing you crave is to your west
Why would you not desperately feel the need for celebration over notsocommon wonders and be exuberant over a view off any postcard

Why wouldn't you want to craze yourself into an inexplicable fascination over something so simple and precious and exhaust yourself in passion when the alternative is feeling numb?
