Hello everyone! It's ya boy, Leon, here with a quick update on this story. I know it's been a whole year since The Rejected ended and I've left you all hanging with the second season, only excuse I have is... Life happened, and stuff got chaotic, almost too chaotic for what I'm used to, well if you follow me on Tumblr you probably know a little bit more about what I went through, but anyway-!

I'm making this post to let y'all know that season 2 is a work in progress, literally working on it as I write this post hehe. Updates will be slow, and I can't assure it'll be once a week, or even once a month, but I loved this story and I've been meaning to get back to writting it for a long time, just never had the chance. (Also my hyperfixation with Will Poulter came back so that's also a reason why I'm working on this now hehe)

Hope y'all will be patient with me, as I also have my Bakugou fic on going, and there's nothing more I want than write a story every single one of you will love, as much or even more, than The Rejected. The Maze Runner fandom is rather small, even more so the Gally fandom, but I will write this because it's what I like to do as a writer.

"The life in the Glade had it's ups and downs, but they learned that things weren't always just black or white. However... Their last day was anything but filled with rainbows and sunshine. After the grievers attacked their home, they were forced to leave, some determined, some reluctant, but everyone... Was scared. Of what could happen, of what was out there, beyond the Maze. 

The only answer was; hell.

Nothing went how it was meant to, and while they had managed to escape the Maze, it cost them more than they were willing to give, their brothers' lives.

Now, with new found hope, maybe... They will be able to discover that life is more than just black and white, and it's only... A shade of grey."
