Man with the Glowing Eyes

As I walked down the hallway to my room, my limbs felt like balloons and my head felt like led. I entered my room and just went straight for the covers, which is probably why he didn't see the intruder. "Good evening, young Flash"I looked up in a daze at the weirdest man I had ever seen. He had on a suit as yellow as the sun, his whole body vibrated at a speed much to fast for even my newly fast eyes, but the most distracting thing about the man were his eyes. They were big, bigger than any eyes I had ever seen, and they glowed with all the intensity of a lazer.

In other words, he looked freaky, but this was not enough to keep me from talking back, "Na, that sounds cheesy," At this moment, he lunged. Not at my me as I expected, but at the strange object in my hands, the goggles. I didn't have time to think, I didn't have time to process, I saw the vibrating hands stretch toward mine and I did the first thing that popped into my head, I put on the goggles.

For a second, nothing changed, I still saw the glowing eyed man, but now everything looked slow. I could see the man pulling back, I could see it though they should be too fast to see, but I still could, the goggles sped up everything. I now had time to react to the man in front of me. I had no weapon, my cellphone was too far away to be useful, and I had a really fast man dressed up as a banana in front of me.

This was a problem. So, I did the only thing I could do, I knew it was pointless, I could see this guy was fast, really fast, probably faster than the Flash, but I had to try. I ran. Out of the room, out of my house, I might have even run out of my skin, but I just kinda gave in to that thing we all have that just wants to run. Apparently the goggles had multiplied the impulse, or maybe in had been aplified with the super speed, I didn't know. I was running through downtown Central city, but I knew I wasn't alone. I could hear Mr. exstreme pink eye racing behind me. He must really want these...goggles. What is up with the goggles?!?! It's possible...his mind wasn't fast enough. Maybe Cournal Mustard's head couldn't keep up with his speed. And, if that was the case, I had the upper hand.

I turned around, "Hey yellow belly! Get over here so I can show you how a real speedster sees!" I saw as a yellow and red streak past me, only to reappear a fraction of a second later.

"You should have kept running, now I will get the goggles and you will be destroyed."

"Think again, you overgrown bumblebee!" And at this moment, I decided to go through with a not very smart plan, so I charged the dude. The whole world slowed down as I ran. I could see the clown in front of me putting his hands up to defend himself, but this means that my theory was right. His brain wasn't fast enough to do anything but defend. So I can: punch, kick, and beet up on this dude at super speed. This was going to be fun.

The fight only lasted five minutes, and that was ok with me. All the running and the name calling had taken a lot out of me.  I was lying in the street with the yellow guy standing over me (sorry, ran out of names) holding the goggles. I was sure he was gonna kill me, his hand was vibrating much faster now, it would really hurt if he touched me, but it looks like that was the plan. He bent down to my level, then BLAM! he was on the ground next to me with his red eyes closed and a new figure standing above me. Barry.

"Dude, how did you find me?"

"We've been looking for this guy for weeks,"

"Who is he?" I looked over at the man in yellow and noticed he was not alone,  Cisco and Caitllen were standing over him with handcuffs. As Cisco put them on him, Caitllen pulled back the mask to reveal a face that was not young, but not wrinkled enough to be old. It was how familiar.

Cisco answered,"Harrison Wells. Lets get this guy to the pipe line," he finished as he started dragging the body towards the van.

"Barry, you shouldn't be out here" it was Caitllen this time," you just gave blood"

"I'll be fine. I-" a look of confusion took over Barry's face, but then suddenly it turned in to something else, a face of pain. He clutched his head falling to his knees.

"No no no no no, Barry!" Caitllen ran over to him, but as she did, something in Barry's eyes changed. They became dead. He stood and growled.

Cisco came leaping out of the S.T.A.R. Labs van with a worried expression on his face," Oh that's not good," he looked up at the sky and muttered,"stupid Grodd"

"What's happening?! Why is he...doing that?" Then, before I could get some satisfactory answer other that a pair of worried looks, Barry sped to his feet, but he wasn't the friendly, geeky, dude I had gotten to know, it was a stranger. He just stood there for a split, but the goggles were still on my face making his that split second last two full ones. He looked me in the eye, winked, then, in a flash, he was gone, and even my super eyes couldn't gadge where he went
